Coffee in the room. Heat/ac adjusted well. Staff very friendly and professional

Cons:

Could not access WiFi. Entrance floor to room was sticky. Elevator was incredibly slow. Luggage dolly difficult to push (it felt like wheels needed oiling). The day before we stayed at a Holiday in Express in Conover, NC and it was wonderful. The comparison was like staying in two different chains.
