The hotel is tucked away off a busy street, but you can’t hear the noise with the windows closed. The breakfast is tasty, with plenty of choice. The staff are helpful and, as it turns out, can really save the day. It’s only when you arrive that you find out there’s an extra charge for parking, as well as for the swimming pool. It’s time to update the website or state this clearly, as you might be in for a surprise when you arrive.

We were very put off and surprised to find that the swimming pool isn’t part of the hotel but a separate attraction for which you have to pay a hefty fee. In the end, we sorted it out with the staff.

Hotel naprawdę ma potencjał. Od wejścia uśmiechnięci ludzie. Obsługa miła. Pokój czysty i dobrze urządzony. Łazienka duża, przestronna i czysta. Łóżka bardzo wygodne.
Temperatura w pokoju 26.6. Do spania tragedia... Sterownik ogrzewania/klimatyzacji zablokowany. Na prośbę o zmniejszenie temperatury w pokoju usłyszałem, że obsługa może szeroko otworzyć okno... Niestety tak zrobiłem i w pokoju zamiast ciszy było głośno ale przynajmniej chłodniej... Gdyby nie to to 10 by było...

Że telefonicznie ustalane cenę 520zl a jak przyjechałem to 1300zl. Dobrze ze booking miał 680 bo inaczej musiałbym w nocy szukać nowego hotelu. W pokoju nie działa klima i przy otwartym oknie było 26*

Ukryte koszty, w ofercie pokazany jest parking- owszem jest ale na miejscu okazuje się dodatkowo płatny, na zdjęciach jest basen, który na miejscu okazuje się odrębnym obiektem w którym jako gość hotelowy musielibyśmy zapłacicie więcej za wstęp niż wchodząc z zewnątrz jako zwykły użytkownik basenu. Jak dla mnie nie jest to logiczne… jako gość hotelowy powinno się mieć tańsze wejście i dostęp do oferowanego na zdjęciach basenu a nie podbijać cenę gościom hotelowym.

Basen a w zasadzie mały aquapark jest użytkowany obok obiektu. Dodatkowo płatny. Niestety jak to w wakacje..... zatłoczony.
