It was just ok! Very disappointing with breakfast items

Pros:

Went 2 days without hot water. When I asked staff about no hot water I was told that I could check out. I told them I didn’t want to check out, only asking about the water. They responded that they were working on it.

The light for the bathroom was out the entire stay. I reported this more than once and was finally yold that they had to order the bulbs and it was being shipped. A week later, still no light.

I requested to move to a different room but the AC was broken in that room so they kept me in the original room.

Restful and quiet; your home away from home.
Pros:

The people at the front desk were very nice. The light evening dinner and cocktail hour was greatly appreciated. The attendant did a great job replenishing food items at dinner and at breakfast. The property was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet - all you need for a great night's rest.

Pros:

Location great and front desk staff are very good.

Cons:

The cleaning staff was not good. I stayed 11 days. Room fully cleaned once and lightly cleaned once. I had to put trash outside my door to get it emptied.
