Very good hotel for the location.
Pros:

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. It's a very small hotel but for the size its reasonably well accomodated.

Very challenging with 1 unusable room but fortunate to have booked 2 rooms for our group of 4.
Pros:

Staff were responsive to our concerns, and tried very hard to fix the broken a/c, offered to bring a fan (which wouldn't help a very humid hot room), and then helped set up the sofa bed in the second room we had booked to move 2 of our guests, as there was no open rooms to substitute for the uninhabitable room. Staff also replenished food items for basic breakfast when requested. My unusable room was cancelled and refunded by the staff without asking; not sure what happens with the booking service fees or if there will be a cancellation cost (hope not-the 1 room was not useable). Quiet loctaion.

Cons:

We had 1 room which was at least a very humid 85+ degrees due to non working a/c. Strange how this wasn't noticed before by cleaning staff, or prior guests. Basic room supplies were barely adequate. Breakfast is meager with basic cereal, 1 yogurt choice, juice, milk, coffee, & banana. If you are low sugar/diabetic, there's coffee. No coffee in the room. Two story hotel, and didn't see an elevator.

Nice place - decent place to stay & clean!
Pros:

It was clean and staff wonderful.

Cons:

Bed - no box spring so lower to floor than last time we stayed there 2 weeks ago.

I was completely comfortable. The room was clean,, and the staff were very, very nice..

Pros:

It smelled so bad in the hallways and in the room. We didn't even stay we left that night and went home that night
