Pros:

We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative.

Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable and decent stay, but this experience was far from that. We won’t be booking this place again.

Great Discovery in the outskirts of Chennai
Pros:

Amazing customer service.
Attentive to special requests.
Best kept secret in Chennai at really affordable rates.
Located along a main road but distanced enough not to annoyed by the traffic, It is a recent building with marble interiors and well air conditions rooms.
Laundry service available.
Breakfast in more Indian style oriented.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful in everything that was asked of, they also gave us an early check in which was very nice, due to traveling we had been doing which left us tired. The location is great as well from many nice local spots, but most of all the price for what oh recieve you won’t find in many places. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to people.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

We stayed in the first floor. Room was clean and neat and spacious.

Room service was good and the quality of food was good too. Breakfast was commendable and so was the service at the breakfast area.

Check in was smooth and they were gracious enough to allow a early check in and late check out.

In room dining - would have preferred more choice since your options of eating out is also limited in that area (most shops close by 9 and is quite deserted).

On the whole a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend for stays (worth the money)

Great place with some caveat
Pros:

Great place if you are planning to stay in the hotel or if you are going for work or if you have a car to drive you around. The hotel is incredibly comfortable but there is not much to do in walking distance. Also there are only couple of good restaurants that are close by. Unless you have a car or coming for work, you will have to plan ahead of time if you need to eat. The food inside the hotel is good but expensive and wouldn't recommend for lunch or dinner if you plan on staying for more than couple of days.
