Tolles Erlebnis
Pros:

Die Herzlichkeit und Tips der Dame am Empfang (leider leider weiss ich ihren Namen nicht.).
Tollles Frühstückbuffet, wurde immer sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Bahnhof und See, alles fussgängig erreichbar. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und bequemes Bett.
Die Pizzeria Mamma Mia die zum Hotel gehört bietet wunderbares Essen und sehr freundlicher Service.
Fazit: ich war das erste aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

An amazing lakeside long weekend in Locarno.
Pros:

Location is just supurb. The lake is just across the street of the hotel. The view over the lake is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay there was also a promotion with free public transport for the period of the stay and the hotel staff help me issue the ticket from the reception. Amazing service. I also got a nice rate that includes breakfast. On an average price vs quality experience, this hotel rated high for me.

Cons:

Not really a negative for me personally. But I was staying in the 2nd week of April and there were a few warm days (very happy with the nice weather during my 4 day stay!). And the airconditioning in the building is not active until May. Opening the window indeed allowed enough cool air to feel cool down. And with the current state of climate, it is good to be green on a corporate level, which is a contribution that can really make a difference. The amazing location, friendly staff and the green operation of the company makes this more than ok for me. But something to note, if you're staying before May and you insist on wanting airco.

Frühstück sehr gut. Schade, alles 4er oder 6er Tische, nicht sehr gemütlich für Alleinreisende. Positiv: 2er Tische auf dem Balkon, mit schöner Seesicht; wo es aber teils noch zu kalt war.

Sehr zentral, direkt am See, Eingang Richtung Bahnhof direkt 1 Min vom Bahnhof.
Frühstücksbuffet top. Am Tag durfte sogar die Kaffeemaschine etc benutzt werden.
