Aone Hotel Jakarta

it was my first time stay here for just a staycation. everything went smooth from check in until check out. and I also request the engineering to check the shower head due to leaking, when I came back to the room, it's all done. thank you! All the staff are great with their service excellent, especially Ms. Yati at Sunda Kelapa Restaurant. Since I came to the restaurant, Ms. Yati always keep her smile and serve all the guests with service excellent. the breakfast was great everything taste good🙌 so good to have an experience here and I would love to come back🤍

Good hotel. The room so good, tidy, clean and fresh. Staff very helpful, especially Mr Ivan that help me. His attitude very hospitality. And some of staff also friendly.
Near with some restaurant is a good one for choosing accomodation. It was a great day staying at Aone Hotel. Will comeback soon.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh linens that made for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages.

The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. I especially loved the rain shower and the plush bathrobes provided. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure everything was perfect each day of my stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The staff was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Television problem,,the room not clean and quite small hotel..
The brekfast very simple..the good thing about this hotel maybe only the location near all the attractions..
Have to call the technician few times becuase the TV not function well

Stay for one night, again at 4th floor. Have the same nice view. This time got unique room with wahid hasyim street view. recomended and best service for all staff handler good price and worthit for metting with clien in restaurant.

sorry, the food (breakfast) doesn't taste good.

The food too small option of menu
lights too dark, make the place scary.

Too quite, no cool of the lobby, lift, resto.

The roof in the bathroom was dripping water from the room above mine. They would not move me to another room. The staff did not help with the luggage. The bathroom walls were dirty and yellow. bed and pillows were confortable

It is only 3 star quality hotel, not 4 star

Very accommodate and friendly

エアコン設定22℃だったのを24℃にしても寒かったので停止した。寝るとき要注意。コンセントがインドネシア仕様なので日本の電源のままでは使用不可能。変換アダプターが必要。しかも一か所しかないのでアダプターを複数持参するか、タコ足＋アダプターが必要。

It was very amazing staying in aone hotel

女性二人の宿泊でしたが、空港から目指すホテルが建物の正面に灯りが見当たらず真っ暗で、探すのに苦労して不安のままの滞在になり快適とは言い難いものになった。

Great Staff. Extremely dirty under the bed, otherwise very clean.

The hotel is very new and in a great location. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming, some of the friendliest I have encountered during my many years of traveling - I will be sure to stay in this hotel if I happen to visit Jakarta again!

The hotel staff and their service was very good. The breakfast was good but it could improve. The swimming pool is very small and of no use. It's in a good location close to malls around and city centre.

Size was perfect for me. Not too large impersonal or generic.

The room is well decorated. Staffs are helpful, I booked one more night in the midway of the trip and they just automatically extend my current room so I don't need to move around.
Despite quite limited options for breakfast or dinner, the biggest no for me is that when I return to the room after whole day meetings, the room smells like an aged damp house. Well, one socket is definitely a problem too.
But the stay is positive overall.

들어가자마자 바퀴벌레를 보아씁니다... 다행스럽게도 방을 바꾸어주셨고, 덕분에 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다~ 주위에는 딱히 뭐가 없어서 차를 타고 나가야해요.. 그게 맘편~ 그치만 침대가 좋아서 꿀잠잤습니다.

Nice Hotel in Thamrin area, Good Staff, Nice rooms

A clean and comfortable hotel close to city center and delicious street foods. Most of all, staff members were so friendly that a lone traveler felt at home in his first visit to the confusing city of Jakarta. Especially, Sofyan, Feski and Vira made me feel connected to them. Mere presence of at least one of them at the front desk was enough to guarantee a happy day. Sofyan even gave me a motorcycle ride to a place called Block M. Thanks, Sofyan!
