It was a good sized room and the location was good.
The only thing that was disappointing was weren’t told the cafe/restaurant wasn’t going to be open because it was Anzac Day.
Actually one of the room Aircon was not working, I called to receptionist they came and have a look but the thing is he can't sorted out becuase its was a sensor problem, and there was no technician that time as well.
So we have to stay in lounge room that night becuase of aircon
The actual apartment was good, 2 bedrooms were a good size and had what was needed
We stayed 6 nights and the apartment was serviced everyday but 1 however very poorly, not cleaned, floors dirty, soap dispenser not filled, (even when it was put out on the floor and bench to be done), washing machine was filthy and I had to clean it to use. Apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned between Bookings. Lastly when they did come to service one of the days it was after 6pm.
Lovely large rooms, friendly front desk, and location.
We had issues with the TV and we rang reception 5 times for someone to come up and look but after 35 mins we ended up fixing it ourselves - frustrating.
Very quiet, large room space with everything you need including laundry. The balcony was worth paying extra
