I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade this stay. Staff are welcoming.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was clean and serviced daily. There was 2 x bottles of water, small milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper supplied. The location was great for us as we have relatives in the Bella Vista area. The bed was comfortable. We booked a one bedroom apartment and it was spacious. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom with washing liquid satchels supplied.

Cons:

Nothing to report here. We liked our stay.

Pros:

Very convenient to Norwest Private Hospital reception staff excellent, quiet and well maintained. This was our 3rd (& longest) stay due to medical issues.

Pleasant stay near to the area we were visiting family.
Pros:

Location in Kellyville area was important so that was fine. Opposite Norwest Private Hospital which would be handy if visiting someone in hospital. Apartment was large, beds and linen regular standard.

Cons:

2 of the bedside lights (out of 4) were broken and staff were told upon departure.

Always an enjoyable stay due to the great team of people who make the Bella Vista what it is.
Pros:

The Front Desk Team were ALL welcoming with a smile and eager to assist, whatever the requirement.
ALL the team in the restaurant, kept their "COOL" under immense pressure.
They were providing beautiful meals for a conference, in house dining as well as a full dining room. AMAZING!!! Can recommend the restaurant. Coffee is excellent. The rooms are tastefully turned out with a very comfy bed.

Very clean when we arrived

Cons:

Not much undercover car park and what little undercover that was available was taking by staff as I witnessed on multiple occasions staff leaving after their shift! This car park was also closest to the entrance which I think is inconsiderate of guests who are not able to walk great lengths! We happened to be there on a very wet weekend and I wasn’t impressed to see staff take up all the undercover spots!

Convenient, comfy, nice staff
Pros:

Proximity to our venue. Easy to get to ie no need to take on Sydney traffic coming from the north.
Comfy beds. Love that it is 2 bed, 2 bath. Staff were great.

Cons:

The cleaning products had an odd smell on arrival. Carpet could do with a clean. Needs some microwave and oven dishes, and a sharp knife. Parking is not really undercover so charging is a bit OTT.
