Please improve and maintain like few years ago.
Pros:

I like the location, food choices available, staff and size of the room / toilet.

Cons:

Shower is clogged due to salt, shower cubicle glass is full of salt and replenishment of coffee and creamer is not done.
Shower is a bit dangerous as suddenly cold water stops and you may get piping hot water in the shower. I was hurt.

Great time had my entire stay.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. In particular the restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and good variety. I would particularly like to thank Arpan and Ram for their help and kindness. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stay away if you want your safety
Pros:

nothing at all , it's less than 1 star hotel,

the only advantage is the location inside the mall , otherwise I'll never stay

Cons:

We hear rat fighting in the evening from the AC vent in the room (a2) fourth floor especially when closed lights

The service at the kitchen is changed from 2019 , were far better..

I saw a cockroach in the basket of the sliced bread , and noticed the workers about it ..

The heater is not working and we are tired of telling the receptionist without solving the issue ..

The room needs new furniture because it smells bad , also the room service is not cleaning as they should ..

The price of the stay could be spent in a real 4 or even 5 star hotel rather than this one ..

never ever think of this bad experience again
