Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Good selection at breakfast and the pool. Was able to get into our rooms earlier than stated which was a great bonus.

Enjoyable, and the hotel didn't disappointed.
Pros:

Bar staff, very friendly and helpful. The young lady cleaning the room was helpful and has a great friendly attitude.

Cons:

Your staff at reception could be more customer friendly. Especially Mr Tan, who must find a smile impossible.

Centrally located hotel, close to public transport.
Pros:

The location was very central for the things we wanted to do. The room was upgraded to a lofted bed arrangement, which sounds nice but the mattress was on the floor, not so good for two almost 70 year oldsters .

Cons:

Not except the mattress being located on the floor.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Restaurants und Strassenküchen. Die MRT (U-Bahn) ist ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar wenn man den kürzesten Weg herausgefunden hat. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs mettent énormément de temps a arriver (surtout pour descendre le matin), compter 3 a 4 minutes d'attente.

A quality hotel in a very central location, walkable and with good MRT links. Nice rooms and fair breakfast. Friendly staff and lovely pool with a view. Self-service washing machines were convenient to use.

Cons:

It took too long to receive my invoice after staying.

God placering

Cons:

Vi fik et værelse med hems. Det var ikke muligt at se på fotos ved booking at sengen var en madras på gulvet og at der ikke var sengeborde. Vi måtte betale for en upgrade til et "normalt" værelse, da kun unge mennesker ville kunne kravle ud af sengen.
Mega crowded morgenmad. Mange fade var tømt efter kl 9
