Good location but lots of room for comfort improvement.
Pros:

Very strategic location close to public transport and malls.

Cons:

Noise coming from other rooms. Can literally hear when guests in other rooms are using the toilet and you can know of the big and the small. Curtains couldn’t close properly. Pillows are not comfy so took a couple of nights to get used to.

Rooms small. No storage. Didn't like the glass shower or toliet.

Second stay and happily stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room was a decent size for the rate in Singapore. Happy hour was good value.

Cons:

Only negative is the pool area was slippery, a warning sign would be helpful.

Pros:

Great location to close by Bugis Shopping Centre, walkable distance to other tourist attractions. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Clean facilities and amenities.

Cons:

Room a bit tight for two people and luggage for the prices. Upgrades to the loft to ensure adequate space.

Pros:

The location was great. The hotel was also a pickup point for some of the tours.

Cons:

Room style is a little different having the wash sink outside the toilet area and a separate shower area.
The cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed as the room was not made-up until late in the day when a special request was made at the front desk.

Good place but need more storage space
Pros:

Breakfast was usually very crowded and many items needed refill. They weren't able to cater to the crowd or have enough food.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small and space was not available for clothes and bags.
