Enjoyable stay- recommend the hotel
Pros:

Staff attitude excellent. Friendly and professional. Helpful. Esp arranging taxis for us & checking we had the right taxi. Gracious towards.
Hotel position was excellent.
Foyer was inviting.
Pool area nice.
Good to have ABC Australia on the TV.
Great shower.
Loved filtered water.

Cons:

A toilet freshener would be helpful.
Not a pleasant odour arising from the toilet. Needed Toilet cleaner. Harpic.

Bar Drinks were way too expensive. Ridiculous actually!!!

There should be decaff coffee in the bedroom. Essential. You must fix this. Decaff has been normal in hotel rooms for more than 35 years.

Not enough storage for clothes.
Need some drawers. Put lots more hooks in the bedroom please to hang things.

It was just perfect. A restful place to retreat to from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Pros:

Location perfect and staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent facilities (pool and gym)

Pros:

The room was OK though was too cramped, there wasnt bath room/area it was splited and the sink was exactly on the entrance, it felt unappropiate. there wasnt any place for the cloths, no closet. i had to put all my stuff on the glass shelf, and it wasnt meand for this purpose. these 2 things was uncomfortable, and probobly the next time I rather switch to a more comfortable hotel. also the safe wasnt working. The breakfast was OK, basic, i expected largeer variaty of western food.
