Pros:

Place was ok,linens can be better,mattress and pillows can be better…AC was running loud all night…didn’t turn off for a sec ( yes we know how to work AC)…till we unplugged like 6am

Pros:

The location was very convenient and right in the river walk, next to a great restaurant, and an even better coffee shop. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast good and very clean.

I enjoy the fireworks on July 4, and the activitys that were going on

My room had a very horrible smell,, very musky or possible mildew,, and there were a lot of bug's outside and in hallway, not sure if that's normal due to the water ,, but everything else was good

Pros:

We really love the location of this hotel ,right off St John's river and downtown. There were also food trucks and vendors this time. Nice place to stay. Our room faced the river and there is access to the Riverwalk. Love sitting outside, especially in the morning.

Cons:

The water in the shower did not get hot. When I looked closer i realized the shower head was old, rusty while the rest of the bathroom/fixtures were fairly upgraded.

Cons:

Communication between employees & me.. was not communicated.. Poor customer service skills the morning of my arrival. Wasn’t told that I could decorate the walls of room until my the day of.. Had already booked it.. It was for a wedding proposal so it was to late to switch hotels.. made the best of it
