Poor quality food and service not like other Pullman hotels.
Pros:

Looks like a good design.

Cons:

Paid for an Executive lounge access but was not available, afternoon tea alternative was so disappointing and poor services. Breakfast was poor standard for 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Room service options were limited. The person lady delivering room service and hostess at the restaurant is vvery friendly and professional. THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. The swimming pool is very nice . checkout extension allowed but it was foolly bookered for next day so they dont allow me to extend one more day.

Paradise in Tangshan Pushman
Pros:

Walking track along the lake is very nice. Breakfast was ok but not as good as it is at other Pullman hotels in China. The pool was nice and clean but the locker room to the pool was not that clean. It is kindof near to the train station and INTIME mall. Some of the items typically on room service or in the restaurant were currently out of stock. The toilet malfunctioned while staying here, so maintenence had to fix it. It was a nice stay overall. It was some good and it was some so-so but can recommend if price is not too high for the koalatea you get.

中国画が離せないので困っていたのですが、英語で依頼したら空港までのリムジンを手配してくれました。手配料金を要求されませんでした。良いサービスです。

Disappointing
Pros:

Three problems: 1) My room clearly had not been vacuumed for several, ah, meals. 2) After the water in the bathroom turned dark brown they eventually gave me a new room. You'd think after that level of trouble that it took to move that they'd at least upgrade the room, particularly since I was practically the only person in the hotel. Out of the question. 3) Part of the reason I chose this hotel was that it backed to a beautiful park, a park that you can't enter unless you pay 50 RMB, a fact never mentioned on their website.
