Good Upfront Beach Stay
Pros:

The rooms were super clean, and the towels and toiletries were frequently changed and replenished by dedicated housekeeping staff. The Property is upfront on the Bheemli Beach, hence providing a serene view from the Balcony. The Food was way too expensive, and since no outside food was allowed, we had to go outside to have lunch and dinner. The breakfast was awesome with huge variety and freshness.

Pros:

The girl named Yamini in reception was excellent well behaved and I want to get her some reward as excellence. Good management and approach by her.

Cons:

Checking on gateway much be little linieant as we all r priority client. We all travel and stay in 5stars only when we r away or aboard, so we know the rules and regulations we'll understood.

Titles (receiving) and end card (checkout) only not good. Except that the stay is good.

Cons:

Guest receiving is really not good. The front desk employee “Yamini” welcomes you by saying “please be comfortable sir” with really an uncomfortable face. The reason I didn’t give good rating is staff behaviour , this matters most if you are staying in a premium hotel. She’s lying about the billing during the checkout as well. This small cheating a won’t cost us more than 500 or 1000 bucks , but this values the reputation of the premium hotel.

Property is well maintained and opposite to beach, you can enjoy beach view by siting in Balcony. Excellent experience and hospitality is wonderful. Staffs are wonderful and very helpful.

Great rooms...maintenance and cleanliness at its best, perfect location for a weekend getaway... and most importantly...highly cooperative and courteous staff...plus...rooftop pool with infinity view is well maintained.

Food quantity offered for ala carte dishes sometimes fail to justify its price...for e.g., we got charged 500 bucks plus taxes for a portion of 03 boiled eggs
