Très bien
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé en face du Tram, très bon emplacement. Chambre bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner surtout les waffles, les oeufs, bacon, la salade de fruits. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour en famille.

Cons:

Le lit bébé est en supplément. Pas assez de nettoyage proche de la literie.

Pros:

Posizione, accoglienza, servizi, colazione, appartamento con tutto il necessario.

Cons:

Piccole accortezze da migliorare: presenza di polvere sulle pareti, la mancanza di una scopa raccogli polvere con manico lungo (era presente solo un piccolo set scopetta e raccoglitore a manico corto) e le indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata con relative buste distintive.

Sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage gegenüber der Messe/Festhalle ist sehr gut, auch weil direkt vor dem Hotel eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist. Geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Küche im Zimmer bräuchte es wegen uns nicht, nimmt Platz weg z. B. rund um das Bett. Da war alles etwas eng. Am Bett gab es keine Steckdosen. Im Zeitalter von Smartphones, die auch als Wecker dienen, macht das überhaupt keinen Sinn. Außerdem gab es keine Nachttische am Bett zur Ablage.
Am meisten gestört hat uns allerdings, dass es keine Zimmerreinigung gab. An den drei Tagen, die wir da waren, wurde kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht, keine Betten gemacht, kein Mülleimer geleert. Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperaturen, wo man viel trinkt, unerklärlich.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable with a great location! It's super easy to get around to central stations. We love it!

The only downside was the air conditioning; we found it a bit noisy and it didn't cool very well.
