Hygiëne/vieze vlekken op de muren...en kakkerlakken. Wij zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken en hebben elders overnachting gezocht.
No me gustó.
Cuarto sin ventana, muy pequeña. Es para mochileros, para un día, no sirve para quedarse varios días. Había una cucaracha paseando por la habitación.
I loved the tub, I’m a 6’1 American, and it was more than large enough to be comfortable for me. It’s also a short bus ride from here to the airport.
They are very strict about the 4pm check in time, and will it allow you to check in before that. There is an area under camera surveillance where you can leave your luggage before checking in, but there is nobody to watch it in person or tell you to drop it there, just a sign. The room was mostly clean, but needed a sweeping and there was someone else’s toothpaste tube left behind the sink.
Not the cleanest hotel.
The hotel room was adequate for a one night stay before the airport. Price was reasonable. There are some restaurants that are nearby in walking distance.
The room was basic but adequate for the price.
Good location only
On 2nd day no house keeping, after feedback then improved, however the 2 rooms not done at all,all towels just fold back for reused, very disappointed with such room service as well as provide hand towel instead of bath towel.
Room facilities in korean language not understand to operates
The receptionists are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, the lobby is spacious enough for waiting, and the location is extremely strategic making it very convenient to get around using public transportation.
Breakfast is provided upon request but is only available starting at 8 AM. It would be better if it started at 6:30 AM, allowing guests to have breakfast before heading out for city sightseeing or a one-day trip outside the city.
The bathroom does not have a curtain, so shower water spills onto the floor
Very clean and comfortable room. I had a balcony as well on the 11th floor. Location is amazing and opposite to bus stop 600.
No breakfast on sunday
Highly recommended. Close to the airport.
The room was fabulous and clean .
Very close to lotte Hotel with a pickup point to days tour ( 10 minutes walking ) .
Nothing
Location
Small room
Proximity to airport and downtown
Bathroom window was open, difficult to close and was unsure how to close it.
It says 24/7 front desk but it’s unmanned most of the time and I had to point out to bewildered guests that’s it’s digital check-in. If there are problems with the check-in kiosk just like what happened to mine (because it was through booking.com), you had to wait for staff to arrive after you figure out how to call them. That’s hard when your guests are international and can’t call.
