Charming Historic Hotel right in the historic Old Center of Puebla.
Pros:

This charming historic lodging -- housed in what used to be a 17th-century monastery -- is decorated with antiques throughout. The room was amazingly beautiful and large. The bed comfortable and soft. The staff super friendly. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Puebla historic center. The location is fantastic -- easily within walking distance of all major attractions in the old city.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. There are stairs to reach most of the rooms, but there are a few downstairs floors if one were to have mobility issues.

A fun and unique place to stay
Pros:

Really unique place filled with antiques. The 400-year old building was originally part of a convent. We really enjoyed our stay there, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too!

Convenient location, cool decor and comfortable.
Pros:

This boutique hotel is in a very good location close to the major attractions in the Historic Centro. Very walkable, and our host was so nice and helpful in making recommendations. She made certain our needs were met and our questions were answered.
The decor is really cool and the bed very comfortable. Shower was great. Didn’t use the TV. Good internet too.
Breakfast was delicious. This was our third visit to Puebla, and would definitely return for more than one night.

Cons:

We loved it! So cool and interesting. Hosts’s husband is an antique collector and it definitely shows with the decor. If stairs are an issue, it could be a challenge with a lot of luggage. It was quiet on a Thursday night.

Historic Charm, Unforgettable Hospitality
Pros:

This hotel made my experience of Puebla truly special and unforgettable. The building, dating back to the 17th century, still preserves its historic atmosphere. Combined with handcrafted Mexican décor and traditional details, staying here felt like stepping into a period drama.

The room itself was beautifully decorated and generously spacious, blending comfort with historical charm in a very thoughtful way.

What made the stay especially meaningful, however, was the kindness of the staff. They were warm, generous, and genuinely attentive, going out of their way to make my time in Puebla sweet and memorable. I regret not asking the name of the staff member who assisted me — I am deeply grateful for her friendliness and hospitality. I would absolutely love to return!!!

Pros:

We loved our stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Puebla’s historic district!
The building itself is a 400 year-old convent that has been adapted into a lovely hotel.
Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is filled with an artful collection of treasures and has lots of outdoor terrace spaces to enjoy.
Breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Note: the hotel no elevator so it may not be well suited for travelers who are unable to carry their bags up the stairs.
