Pros:

Hotel ben situat, en un edifici tradicional que manté una cuidada decoració amb molts elements antics. El servei es molt amable i atent. Habitació bonica amb tot el necessari.

Cons:

Cal pujar les maletes per escales altes i estretes. L'esmorzar és correcte, bons Ous i fruita, però el cafè i la part dolça podria ser millor.

Pros:

Heel mooi hotel. We zaten helemaal bovenin. We hadden buiten een lekker terras om te kunnen zitten. Het ontbijt was ook super lekker. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Puebla is erg mooi voor 2 nachten.

Cons:

De bedden hadden wat breder mogen zijn en lagen wat hard.

Lovely & cozy place
Pros:

Great location, very kind staff, delicious breakfast and very nice interior of the room!

Cons:

The hot water takes long to start and varies in temperature, low pressure, is though a common problem in many places here. One can hear the street noise pretty well, wasn't an issue for me though.

Un cadre pittoresques en plein centre ville.
Pros:

Le cadre rempli d’histoire et d’objets tous plus surprenants les uns des autres. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le déjeuner était copieux et la terrasse agréable pour admirer les toits.

Cons:

La literie était dure. Dans l une de nos 2 chambre , il y avait des problèmes d’odeurs dans les tuyauteries de la baignoire.

Beautiful charming property well located in Puebla, with great local advice!
Pros:

Lovely, charming converted monastery in the centre of Puebla, about 10 mins walking from the Zocalo. Beautiful old building with delightful decor and lovely spacious rooms. Nice viewpoint on the roof as well where you can see the Cathedral, plus seats outdoors. Breakfast was included, with an extensive menu of delicious options to choose from, we were fed for half the day after having it! The team, in particular Cristina, was super helpful and attentive, plus also full of great advice on things to do during our stay in Puebla. As the property is located across the street from the Lucha Libre arena in Puebla, and there was an event on during our stay, Cristina recommended that we check it out and told us how and where to get tickets. This ended up being a memorable experience so we really appreciated this as well.

Hugely recommend should you ever wish to stay in the lovely city of Puebla. Will be back some day!

Cons:

Very little to complain about. Stairs only which is a bit tricky with heavy suitcases, but it is an old property and a lift would not work there. This is common enough in Mexico in any event so don't let it stop you!

One other small thing is that in our room the old wooden door had a little bit of a gap at the top and bottom, which was big enough for mosquitoes to potentially get in. Might be an idea to seal that somehow, but as it's an old building it's understandable if that's not so easy while keeping the original doors.

Excelente!
Pros:

El lugar es único! La habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con muebles que van de acuerdo al edificio. El desayuno muy rico, la atención del personal excelente. Y siempre estuvieron es disposición de orientarnos para sacar el mejor provecho de nuestra estancia en Puebla, sino fuera por eso, no hubieramos conocido tantos lugares!
