Pros:

Big room.

Cons:

Bad, thin bed. Overall upkeep of the grounds. A monkey in a round cage without shelter! Very bad. This is 2024, not 1974. Have some respect for animals.

Management does not appear to know/appreciate what GREAT employees it has here.
Pros:

We didn't sign up for the breakfast. Frequently ordered room-service food and it was great. Cook deserves a pay raise. For that matter, all employees deserve pay raises: front office, security at front gate, maintenance and groundskeeping, lifeguards and other pool workers. All of your workers care about the property and the quality of service.

Cons:

Your website still claims to provide free airport shuttle. Not true when we were there in 2019, still not true in 2023. Just remove that from your website, ok? Before you get in trouble for false advertising, right? Also, super small detail, but wall phone in room did not work. All ok; we didn't need it. Finally, guard booth at front gate seriously needs air-con. Workers never complain, but it's brutally hot inside, especially if sun is out.
