Great hotel for a girls trip

Despite the positive time in the hotel, wouldn’t recommend to my friends.
Pros:

The breakfasts were great, the food quality in mozzarella breakfast menu was excellent. Adding on to that the massages were really nice, the facility was really tidy and the procedure was relaxing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was not congratulated on my birthday on 15.02, although the staff was informed about this fact. Couple days later we saw the hotel congratulating other people. The beds were too soft and the pillows were too big.

Pros:

Location. Staff super lovely. Room is clean, bed is HUGE.

Cons:

Not hotels fault. Next door room kept TV on loud till 4am. Likely jetlagged.

Incredible service.
Pros:

Staff was the BEST. So nice and helpful all the time.
Amenities and rooms were also incredible. Good breakfast, location is very good to reach the whole area of Kuta, Legion and above.
