Pros:

This is the most wonderful place to stay . It is our second year and have already looked for next year. The staff are beyond amazing , the location is perfect and the cleanliness is perfect. Would 💯 recommend

Best Hotel and location for my needs.
Pros:

room location with pool access from room.

Cons:

The noise from the pool water returns. It was noisy and disruptive from 09 O'clock in the morning to 2100 at night.
The system should have a modification done to defuse the loud splash making it a tranquil sound.

Horrible will not return
Pros:

We stayed at Bandha last time which is why we booked it again. We actually booked 4 rooms, of which only 1 was good. Unfortunately the staff, the premise and facilities have not been upkept at all, a lot of the stairs/pool area were dirty and not safe during the hot days. A lot of the rooms had a bad smell and the the toilets, sinks etc were quite damaged. It's a shame to see such a nice hotel go downhill.

Cons:

Some of the worst staff we have had in Bali. I'm not sure why they make the booking process so complicated. We booked massages multiple times via the hotel reception and whatsapp confirmation, but we would rock up and there would be no booking. The first time they managed to fit us in, no issues. The second time they stuffed up again, 2 guests were impacted who were travelling with us. Again we said no issue, things happen, and since there was no deposit paid there was no issue. HOWEVER, this was after we checked out so we had 2 hours to kill before our driver came (which is why we booked the massage 2 weeks in advance) and we all stayed in the foyer. One lady at reception carried on in Indonesian talking about the guests that it impacted, probably not realising we can understand her quite well. This has made the entire stay quite bitter and we do not recommend Bandha at all. The minute there is any problem the staff pretend not to understand you, or change personalities and make the rest of your stay quite uncomfortable. Uploaded a picture of the staff that kept talking to all the other staff about the guests.

An oasis of calm in busy Legian
Pros:

Staff were amazing, everyone so polite, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at Mozarrella restaurant good with lots of choice.
