Great location! Huge room! Fabulous food !

Cons:

Bar staff didn't come around and service the guest for drinks and food! Deck chairs very low to get in and out of near pool! Multiple times no pool towels and were told to go to our room and get our bath towels when we were wet! What service is this ?

Konaklama öncesi check-in süreci berbattı. Bizden sonra gelen herkes giriş yaptı.

18 Ağustos 2025 tarihinde ailemle birlikte (4 kişi) The Bandha’ya saat 10:30’da giriş yaptık. Bizden sonra gelen yaklaşık 10 kişilik bir grup otele erken giriş yapabildi. Yine bizden sonra gelen 5 çift’de otele erken check-in yapabildi. Bizim bir odamızı 14:45’de diğer odamıza ise 15:15’de check in yapabildik. Üç kez resepsiyonda ki görevlilere bu kadar kişi bizden sonra geldi ve hepsi check in yaptı biz neden giriş yapamıyoruz diye sorduğumuzda bizim odamızın hazır olmadığını söylediler. Anlayacağınız nedenini bilmediğimiz bir şekilde ayrımcılığa uğradığımızı ailemle birlikte deneyimledim. Otelin konumu, kahvaltısı ve temizliği gerçekten çok güzel fakat müşteri hizmetlerinde insan ayrımcılığı yapılıyor.
