Pros:

This place was spectacular. One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were so accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the concierge helped us coordinate the activities we wanted to do. I definitely recommend this place!

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was unique and more than I could eat. There was a nice garden outside the room and the hotel being on a hill have a great view at all times.

Great stay! Cave hotel was such a unique experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Turkish breakfast every morning on the rooftop patio was a great way to start the day.

Our room had a hamam and jacuzzi, we enjoyed them much! The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can see the view of Cappadocia with balloons (if allowed). It's very close to the Rose Valley and we hiked from Rose Valley to Red Valley, and we loved it. We appreciate the nice breakfast with kindness. Highly recommended!!

The most amazing hotel
Pros:

Azure Cave Hotel is absolutely amazing from start to finish, the staff are so friendly and accomodating, we were given our room early and allowed to stay a little longer. The room was stunning and clean. We can’t wait to stay again, the views are amazing, to watch the balloons is an experience in itself the auto park is the best place around and then the breakfast area has the most amazing views, this hotel is amazing

This is a great place to stay. I loved the fact that without even me asking they upgraded my room to a suite because of my membership level at Expedia.

The staff was very friendly. The property is maintained well and clean. Morning breakfast was great

I will recommend this hotel for couples or families any day.

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was top notch. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Location is at the top of a steep hill. We enjoyed the exercise. Best location to have the balloons fly over every morn. The cats!! The dogs!! So much within walking distance. The staff was amazing. The room was so comfortable and unique. Highly recommend.

Cappadocia is just plain outright unique as was our cave hotel. Beyond the unique location, the hotel staff were amongst the most friendly and helpful that I have ever encountered. If there was a 10 star rating they would receive it.

Sweet Relaxation
Pros:

At Azure we enjoyed a relaxing cave experience with multiple levels of terraces to watch the balloons launch.
Breakfast was delicious and I loved the chocolate that was included.
We stayed in two different rooms as we arrived a day early due to being unhappy in our Gerome accommodation.
The lower room was huge and luxurious with a sauna and hot tub. It was damp (as caves can be) and had a bit of odor.
Our other room was more at street level and was so cute with a cave within the cave lounge area! It also had a wonderful double shower. This room was more dry and scent less.
The staff were so kind and helpful and we truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a high area where you will reach one of the best areas for watching the flight of balloons within two minutes. Very close to Rose Valley and Love Valley. Cleaning is relatively good. Breakfast is great. The whole area is not crowded and I liked that. The behavior of the staff is good, but it could be more professional. I do not recommend it to the elderly because of the height of the hotel and the slippery floor of the bathroom and sink. Great for athletes. Caves accommodation has the real feeling of staying in a cave. With all the pros and cons of living in a cave. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location (but be prepared to walk uphill!) and very welcoming staff. Loved the breakfast and the amenities. It was very easy to get to trailheads for Rose Valley, Red Valley, and Love Valley without driving. Also really enjoyed the recommendations given by staff.
