Hotel & Spa J-MEX - Adults Only

Loved the space and all the entertainment it provided. It was a blast.

We were very suprised how much we loved our room at the J Mex hotel and Spa as we have never stayed in a hotel of this sort before. Our room was very clean and we absolutely loved our in room amenities including jacuzzi tub, mist sauna, and big screen TV. We will definitely be staying at the J Mex again. Very short walk to the very popular Godzilla Head, and everything surrounding it.

I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip

Amazing service very clean helpful staff

Very well equipped and spotlessly clean room. Bed is a futon so a bit on the hard side. Roomy for Tokyo. This is a love hotel but honestly it's absolutely fine and the sound proofing was a big plus. I would have no hesitation staying here again. And location was superb.....very close to Golden Gai and the attractions of Shinjuku

I stayed for three days and the staff was very accommodating. They Brought me more water when needed,helped me figure out the A/C and was so polite and professional.
The room was beautiful! I stayed in the superior queen. Everyone worked well and everything was comfortable and clean.
I recommend a few paint touch ups around the light fixtures, but that is minor.
10/10 would do again.

I recommend making the entrance more visible, I almost walked past it twice.

Very near the Higashi-Shinjuku Subway. The Suica Tourist Card made travel worry free.

Okay, so I just gotta say, my stay at Hotel & Spa J-MEX in Shinjuku was seriously awesome! I had such a blast. First off, the room was way bigger than I expected, which was a huge plus. Tokyo rooms can be tiny, but this place felt super spacious and comfy.
A wealth of in-room amenities? Seriously, a dream! Karaoke? Yes, please! The entertainment system was so much fun, and I definitely spent a good chunk of time belting out my favorite tunes. But honestly, the steam room? That was the real MVP. My skin felt amazing, and it was the perfect way to chill after a busy day.
I'm so grateful for the staff, too. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful, like, seriously the nicest people ever. They were on it!

And the location? Perfect! Being right in Kabukicho, everything was within walking distance. So many amazing places to eat and explore. Shinjuku is just so lively, and it was so cool to be right in the middle of it all.

Honestly, I had such a great time at Hotel & Spa J-MEX. If you’re looking for a fun, unique, adults-only stay with awesome in-room perks and a killer location, you should totally check it out. I'm so glad I did!

Walk to golden gain for drinks and ramen, then sweat out the booze the next day in your own personal sauna or two person bath tub.

Convenient location, easy walk from metro station

The amenities were unparalleled! Loved the steam sauna and many amenities like yukata and self care products. Awesome last night in Japan for us with karaoke and NES - so fun!

Great steam sauna with lots of free amenities! Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke and needed some cleaning. Furniture and floor showed some wear. Didn't receive a welcome drink as was advertised but that wasn't a big deal.

Great hotel, great location near the a useful metro stop. Incredible shower and steam room and tub. Bed was a little hard for my liking but we still slept well.

Unique hotel with a full sauna and jacuzzi inside ! Very clean. Great location close to shopping and night life. Red light district nearby could be a perk !
