Łazienka w pokoju bardzo brudna, brak parkingu na terenie hotelu mimo wcześniejszego zapewnienia i rezerwacji że można z niego skorzystać. Kilka razy w nocy budziły nasz alarmy przeciw pożarowe, obsługa nie reagowała, zbywała że ktoś sprawdzi to rano.
This was the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy so far. All newly renovated, no made up charges for everyday amenities, great breakfast included and amazing staff at the reception and the breakfast bar.

L'assistenza del personale del ricevimento nei messaggi telefonici e scritti prima dell'arrivo (*devi fare con booking! ) Cortesia e gentilezza pari a zero e al check-in stesso: la seconda persona ha dovuto aspettare il mio arrivo per il check-in perché la prenotazione era a mio nome. Capisco la stanchezza dopo l'estate!

Parking is a little bit complicated
Very comfortable hotel, close to the sea and walking distance to Miramare train and tram station. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Air conditioning was good and kept the room chilled. Would gladly recommend Up hotel for a lovely stay in Rimini.
All good in the hotel...only gripe was with the mosquitoes that attacked at night. I would recommend keeping the bathroom window closed in the evening and bringing pest repellent.
Świetny hotel lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko lotniska i jeszcze bliżej morza. Bardzo czysto pyszne śniadania i przemiła obsługa.
La struttura è moderna e praticamente nuova, si trova vicino a ristoranti, bar, spiaggia (anche per chi ha cani)

Das geschmackvoll und richtig schön eingerichtete Hotel liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und Hilfsbereit
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen
