Posizione affianco alla ferrovia quindi giorno e notte si sente passare il treno. Alle 8.40 del mattino hanno iniziato a fare le demolizioni nell'appartamento affianco al nostro sempre gestito dalla stessa persone che ha affittato il nostro.

Não gostei de ter reservado um apto e ter ficado em uma edícula/puxadinho, exatamente o que era, e ainda cheirando a mofo. Tive uma crise de alergia e bem no inicio da minha viagem. Pedi para mudar de apartamento, mais o proprietário disse que estava lotado, me deu um spray para amenizar o cheiro de mofo dizendo que era por causa da umidade. Tudo muito adaptado com muito mal gosto, moves velhos, pintados para parecer rústico, horrível. Tolhas uma lixa, nenhuma preocupação com o cliente.
Também tinham duas estacas que parecia para sustentar o teto. Horrível.
Me admirei em ter uma nota 8 no booking e chegar la e ver que eu não daria nem 1.
Muito sujo, não vale a pena. E a localização é em um bairro esquisito, a 1,2 km da estação central.
Graças a Deus, foi so uma noite, pra nunca mais voltar.

Décevant sur plusieurs aspects.

La climatisation, le petit-déjeuner, personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Nos fenêtres ne se fermaient pas et un des trois stores ne fonctionnait pas et ne pouvait pas se fermer complètement. Cela permettait un accès libre à notre appartement via les autres balcons.
La hauteur de l’entrée du garage ne nous permettait pas d’y entrer avec notre coffre de toit et il serait utile de le préciser car nous n’avons pas été les seuls à avoir ce problème.
Le quartier n’est vraiment pas bien entretenu.

L'environnement de la résidence n'est pas beau (coincée entre la voie ferrée en surplomb et de vieux bâtiments)
Le garage est plein de graviers er poussière.

Cuisine très bien équipée, frigo avec congélateur, petit déjeuner copieux, 30-40min à pied du port pour prendre le ferry (cela s'est très bien fait avec des enfants de 9 - 11 ans) personnel agréable et disponible.
Parking fermé au pied de l'appartement.

Cons:

Pas de volet ou rideau occultant dans la pièce de vie avec le canapé lit. Bien que le petit déjeuner soit copieux, nous aurions préféré des produits maisons ou moins sucrés, industriels.
