Le stanze “basic” al primo primo piano sono veramente scadenti. La moquette odora di sigaretta. Nelle stanze non c’è nulla, accappatoio, ciabatte usa e getta, cassaforte. Nemmeno un piccolo frigorifero. Qualità delle lenzuola e asciugamani nella media. Da salvare solo la posizione. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo

When you open the advise at Hotel.com they have picture from a very nice room. But the room you get is far away from that. We had tvo rooms and they were not nice

Lovely bedrooms with lots of space. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The restaurant was closed during our stay (because of the Bayonne festival), but the hotel was helpful in warning us in advance and recommending local restaurants that were open. Very central hotel, but quiet and peaceful, backing onto a pretty courtyard.

Pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L' accueil e sest bien déroulé, avec gentiment un accès à la chambre presque 2h avant le check in officiel.
Cependant la chambre nest pas à la hauteur dun 4 etoiles:
1) interrupteur de la Salle de bain juste à côté des WC non nettoyé ( depuis quelques temps !)
2) pas de protege matelas avec le drap directement posé sur un matelas ayant un certain nombre de traces...
3) pas de rideaux à la fenêtre du 1er etage donnant sur la place et le resto et le lit juste en face obligeant à tirer les rideaux occultants meme en plein jour et pas d-insonorisation sonore alors que la fenêtre donne sur la terrasse du restaurant

Lorsque je suis allée reclamer à 17h45 la dame à a tres gentilent réagi eqt venue nettoyer et ma apporté un srap supplémentaire, alors quelle etait toute seule car plus de personnel de service sur place à cette heure là...d'où une ztoile de plus pour cette réactivité

Cet hôtel est à la fois chic et simple, et le séjour y est délicieux. La décoration de chaque pièce est d'une rare élégance, les meubles, chinés ici et là, sont ravissants, et le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse.
Bref un séjour idéal !
