4 dagen vanuit dit hotel San Sebastián kunnen ontdekken
Pros:

Als een gezin met twee kinderen (12 en 14 jaar) hadden we een familiekamer (2+2) waarbij de kinderen op de slaapbank beneden sliepen en wij boven in een groot 2 persoonsbed. Beide ruimtes hadden airco.
Het Hotel is op 15 a 20 min rijden tot het hart van San Sebastián. Gratis parkeerplaatsen voor de deur, echter tijdens ons verblijf begin augustus met name ‘s avonds lastig een plek te vinden.
We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Wel zijn de koffie automaten in de kantine altijd voor iedereen beschikbaar. Carrefour (incl tankstation) om de hoek.

Cons:

Als ik toch iets moet noemen: Geen stoelen op balkon mocht je gebruik van willen maken of je natte strandlakens willen ophangen.

Camera molto rumorosa in quanto dava sull autostrada. Bagno non pulitissimo ma dopo averlo detto allo staff hanno trovato subito una soluzione. Rumori durante la notte. Mancanza di areatore in bagno

Pros:

The room smalled really nice and the room was quiet. The bath rooms be equiped with double showers is a nice to have, and the location, next to the Burger King, City Wok, and a Carrefour was really good as well.

Cons:

I faced two frustrating problems.

The first problem was related to the crib. When I booked the room at the B&B Hotel, I specified by filling in the form that I was travelling with a baby who is less than one year old. Nonetheless, I expected to have a crib in my room for my baby, as is usually the case whenever I book a hotel and specify that I’m travelling with my baby. However, it seems that at B&B Hotel, things are different. When I entered my room, there was an extra single bed instead. I requested a crib at the reception, but they told me they didn't have one available. They also said that I should have requested it through the hotel website rather than through Booking. However, there is no information on Booking stating that I should have done this. They didn't help resolve the problem, and the night was very uncomfortable.

The second problem was related to the parking. I paid €20 for the parking service, which included access to an EV charger. They have a dedicated parking space for Tesla vehicles, so at first glance it seemed perfect for my needs. However, when I arrived at the hotel and plugged my car in to charge, after about one hour, shortly after 23:00, I received a notification saying that my vehicle was no longer charging. I went to the reception and spoke to the receptionist. She turned the charger back on, and my car started charging again. However, after about another 30 minutes, at almost 00:00, the charger stopped once more. I went to the reception again and asked for a refund because I wanted to go to sleep and knew that my car would not continue charging due to an electrical problem they were facing. The receptionist processed the refund, but asked me to remove my car from the parking area, which I think was fair. However, it was disappointing that they offer an expensive service that is not working properly.
