Manque de moderniser un peu les lieux. Mettre un équipement plus moderne. Des portes de chambres plus facile d’ouverture . Ça reste encore trop rustique

Le style des chambres et et du bâtiment est un peu "ancien".

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du Spa, car c'était une étape et devions partir tôt.
Un point de progrès : au petit déjeuner, tout était excellent, mais nous aimons désormais commencer le petit-déjeuner par une salade (salade grecque, salade variée, crudités et légumes verts). Hors très peu d'hôtels en France proposent ce genre de petit déjeuner. J'ai pris la résolution, pour améliorer mon métabolisme, de supprimer le sucre (= pain, céréales, confitures,...) au premier repas du matin. Ce serait donc parfait de proposer cela en plus.
Le service excellent. La gentillesse du personnel. Le gâteau offert dès l’arrivée. L’extraordinaire petit-déjeuner. L’originalité du village Georges Blanc.
