Pros:

Ce fut un week-end au delà de nos espérances. Tout était incroyable, du moment où le voiturier a pris en charge notre véhicule, l'accueil, la chambre, le spa, le restaurant gastronomique, signature des plus grands chefs, le petit déjeuner magique et pour finir la brasserie. La cerise sur le gâteau, la simplicité et la gentillesse du chef Georges blanc qui nous ont accompagnées tout au long de cette expérience., et qu'il a su transmettre à son équipe. Merci à vous tous. Phantastisches Frühstück. Lage sehr gut - wir übernachten gerne bei George Blanc, wenn wir zu unserem Haus in der Provence fahren, auch wegen des Bresse-Huhn-Menüs am Abend. Spa sehr gut

Cons:

Zum Spa: Dieses Mal haben wir im Haupthaus übernachtet, da ist das Spa kostenlos. Wir haben es gerne genutzt, da es kühl war und wir einige Stunden bis zum Abendessen überbrücken mussten.
Im Sommer übernachten wir gerne im Chateau, auch wegen des tollen Aussenpools. Im Frühjahr und im Herbst buchen wir meistens das Schlosshotel in Meursault - da ist das tolle Spa kostenlos.
Meine Empfehlung an George Blanc: Spa wieder kostenlos für alle Hotels in Vonnas - wir würden uns dann für George Blanc entscheiden statt Meursault.

Gezellige ruimte bij haard
Service én vriendelijkheid

Cons:

Prijs wel heel hoog voor niet echt speciale kamer , zeker ok maar eerder basisluxe en beetje oubollig
Koffie apparaat werkte soms wel en soms niet
Ligt misschien niet aan de accommodatie: bij de faciliteiten op Booking.com stond Balkon en dat was er niet .

Pros:

L’histoire des lieux
Le personnel très gentil
La qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Manque de moderniser un peu les lieux. Mettre un équipement plus moderne. Des portes de chambres plus facile d’ouverture . Ça reste encore trop rustique
