Mr Blanc toujours présent et très gentil
Pros:

L’histoire des lieux
Le personnel très gentil
La qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Manque de moderniser un peu les lieux. Mettre un équipement plus moderne. Des portes de chambres plus facile d’ouverture . Ça reste encore trop rustique

Je Souhaiterais de la Salade au petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du Spa, car c'était une étape et devions partir tôt.
Un point de progrès : au petit déjeuner, tout était excellent, mais nous aimons désormais commencer le petit-déjeuner par une salade (salade grecque, salade variée, crudités et légumes verts). Hors très peu d'hôtels en France proposent ce genre de petit déjeuner. J'ai pris la résolution, pour améliorer mon métabolisme, de supprimer le sucre (= pain, céréales, confitures,...) au premier repas du matin. Ce serait donc parfait de proposer cela en plus.

Un séjour original et très agréable
Pros:

Hervorragendes Hotel mit tollem Service - nicht nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung zu empfehlen

Hervorragendes Hotel mit ebensolchem Service und einem gemütlichen Charme mit schönen, sauberen Zimmern, sehr guten Betten und wunderschönen Pools sowie Parklandschaft.
Geaorges Blanc ist stets präsent - auch immer noch persönlich sowohl im Hotel und dem angegliederten Restaurant als auch in der Ancienne Auberge 1900 (Brasserie) und in den Gassen dieses zum größten Teil von ihm aufgekauften und stilsicher renovierten Dorf (sein Heimatdorf Vonnas in der Nähe von Bourg-en-Bresse sowie Macon und Cluny). Hut ab vor Georges Blanc, der immer noch mit seinen Gästen aktiv in Kontakt tritt und sich nach unserem Eindruck auch immer noch persönlich um eine unglaubliche Vielzahl von Themen in seinen Hotels sowie im Dorf kümmert. Auch seine Frau unterstützt ihn hierbei und begleitet ihn abends bei seinen Rundgängen.
Wir haben hier wohl unser bestes Hotelfrühstück jemals eingenommen.
Abends waren wir zwar nicht im Sternerestaurant im Haus sondern (inzwischen zum dritten Mal) in der auf der anderen Straßenseite liegenden "Ancienne Auberge", in der eine Brasserie mit der besten traditionellen französischen Küche untergebracht ist, die man sich vorstellen kann. Das Bressehuhn ist in jeder Form zu empfehlen - ebenso die Vorspeisen und auch die Käseplatte bzw. andere Desserts. Wir möchten in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Diesmal waren wir zwar nur eine Nacht vor Ort, nächstes Jahr werden wir mindestens zwei Übernachtungen einplanen.
