Pros:

Wir haben ein zweistöckiges Zimmer im 5. Stock erhalten. Mit Balkon (Tisch mit Aschenbecher und zwei Stühle) und Blick über die Kölner Altstadt. Eine schmale Treppe geht zum Doppelbett hinauf. Sehr gemütlich und schönes Zimmer, man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Alles sehr ruhig. Die Seife im Badezimmer duftete sehr fein sowie auch die Frottetücher. Zimmer war sauber und im Kühlschrank hatte es je ein Kölsch und ein Mineralwasser. Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang. In dieses Hotel würde ich wieder gehen.

Cons:

Es muss erwähnt werden, dass dieses Hotel über keinen Lift verfügt. Das war jedoch für uns kein Problem, da wir sportlich sind. Wenn aber jemand schon Mühe hat, seinen Koffer in den ersten Stock zu tragen oder schlecht zu Fuss ist, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen (oder sich vorgängig im Gym anmelden um für das Hotel fit zu sein :-) ).

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Dom, Rathaus, Kneipen sind nahebei. Nachts ist es ruhig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, man kann man sich aus einer Auswahl von Zusammenstellungen seinen Favoriten wählen. Dazu ein Heißgetränk und einen Saft. Kein Buffet.

Cons:

Die Matratze war neu und darum noch etwas hart.

Ein freundlicher Empfang, angenehmes und freundliches Zimmer und das Frühstück war super! Ich konnte aus verschiedenen Frühstücksgerichten wählen, was ich echt klasse fand. Frisch und vollwertig zubereitet.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer waren leider noch ein paar Haare vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden. Das Zimmer war zur Gasse gelegen, weswegen es in der Nacht zwischendurch laut war. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ging es.
