Pros:

Le personnel est top !! La réceptionniste de jour autant que celui de nuit étaient très avenants et réactifs.
La chambre est bien spacieuse.

Cons:

En revanche il y a de mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre. Ainsi que des remontées nauséabondes au niveau de la salle de bain.
Le chauffage est aussi très bruyant, heureusement la réceptionniste m'a trouvé une solution pour la nuit.

Maybe i was unlucky with other guests, hotel itself is kinda okay
Pros:

Room itself is decent, clean and more or less comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast totally ok for the money.

Cons:

Some guests were dodgy - you enter the place and you meet either drunk or stoned person who takes elevator together. Not a hotels fault. Neighbors were smoking and i could feel the smell. Finally, place nearby (some sort of gym) is dilapidated. But, given the price you pay - okeyish and not the hotel staff fault.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel (très agréable) et le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

La chambre (n° 10) est près de l'ascenseur : le bruit et la lumière rentre beaucoup dans la pièce
