Cons:

When we checked in the staff did not have the required change for us and told us to collect it later, when we returned to the hotel the male receptionist told us that we actually had to pay more money, after arguing with him for 5 minutes he changed his mind and offered to give us 25% of the change we were owed. Also the AC did not work properly

Wouldn't chose again, do not recommend
Pros:

The stuff was as helpful as they could. They changed my room for a slightly better one, they helped with getting a taxi to the airport.

Cons:

The first room was horrible. There was no windows (not even to the corridor), only one lamp to light the entire room (I guess in purpose so you don't see the state of the room). The ceiling had a very big stain that was chipping and looked luke it could fall on me while I was sleeping. The bathroom was all wet, the mirror was so old that it had black stains, the socket was not covered and wet - health hazard, also there was mold on the wall. Not even one picture on the wall - it looked like they just gave up on this room completly.

The second room - when thry asked me if I liked my first room I didn't say much but they must have noticed my face expressions because they moved me two floors up to another one. The stairs are very narrow but that is one of the things they just can't change. The second room was slightly better. The bathroom was clean and there was no mold, there was a small window. The room had a huge window which was a plus. There were even some pictures so it looked like they cared about this room a bit more. The furniture and mirrors were very old and the wardrobe had a mark - it looked like someone tried to punch through it. The bed was ok.

Hotel pequeño muy caro e incómodo con buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación cercana al terminal de ferri y lanchas rápidas

Cons:

Subir tres pisos de escaleras muy estrechas sin ningún tipo de ayuda. No conseguimos que nos facilitasen buena información sobre el transporte de ferris y lanchas
