Cons:

When we checked in the staff did not have the required change for us and told us to collect it later, when we returned to the hotel the male receptionist told us that we actually had to pay more money, after arguing with him for 5 minutes he changed his mind and offered to give us 25% of the change we were owed. Also the AC did not work properly
