Would recommend this calm oasis unreservedly.
Pros:

Location, quiet ambience, staff, breakfast and general care and attention were all excellent.

Cons:

Would have liked daily water in room (although the welcome bottle was valued) and tea/coffee making facilities.

El personal de muy mal gusto su comentario cuando le pregunte si de casualidad hablaba Español... la verdad muy pésimo el recibimiento
En todos los hoteles que estuvimos por lo menos una cafetera eléctrica te ofrecían por atención al cliente...! En este hotel no te ofrecen mas que una botella de agua y eso solo el primer día

Hotel con encanto para repetir
Pros:

El trato del personal del hotel y en concreto Alessandro, en la recepción fue fantástico y nos ayudó en todo. El desayuno buffet super completo, y la chica dominicana un encanto también, siempre atenta. La habitación con vistas y todo muy limpio, te cambian las toallas a diario y dejan la habitación como nueva.

Cons:

Nada. Recomendaremos este hotel a amigos q quieran ver Roma e ir andando a todo, sin estar en el bullicio
