Not the worst but definitely not the best
Pros:

I hate to spend time writing a negative review but this was our honeymoon. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at throughout Italy, we did not receive any type of honeymoon gift or surprise. Not that this is expected but it would have been nice. The staff were repeatedly very rude. They talked over us, acted annoyed with basic questions, etc. I requested an iron and they made me iron my clothes in the hallway. The food and coffee were just okay. I’m sure there’s better hotels.

Perfect Stay!
Pros:

We spent the first couple of nights of our Italy trip at Hotel Degli Artisti. It was perfect. It was tucked away on a quiet street, but yet close enough to walk to so many sites, even steps away from the Metro. The staff was wonderful and the rooftop bar was an absolute delight at the end of a busy day touring Rome. Breakfast was good! Our room was lovely. We would gladly return to this hotel in a moments notice!

Save the Day!
Pros:

I'll start off by saying not only was the hotel extremely clean and tidy but the service was even better. I would highly recommend.
When we arrived from our brief stay in Venice we discovered that we had left a couple pieces of jewelry there. After many calls and messages back and forth and trying to manage the language and logistic barriers it seemed all hope of recovery was lost. We just happen to mention it to Cristine at the front desk and she took it upon herself to not only message the hotel in Venice but to make sure our packages were directly shipped to our home in the states. Needless to say I was blown away by Cristine's generosity as the pieces of jewelry are very sentimental.
Also while we were there we had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Vasco. He is an engaging bartender that made us immediately feel as if we were in our neighborhood tavern back home. He was very courteous and attentive to everyone he interacted with. I'm not sure what his future ambitions are but I can assure you he would make a fantastic hospitality manager either in hotel or restaurant management if he so chooses.
They are both fabulous representations of the hotel.

Wonderful Family Feel Hotel in Ideal Location
Pros:

My husband and I have just come home from a wonderful week in this gorgeous hotel! We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in & would have been more than happy to wait but we were told straight away that our room was indeed ready & that we had very kindly been upgraded. They had noted the length of our stay and told us we would be more comfortable in a larger room. So very kind and totally appreciated! It was a beautiful, fresh, spotlessly clean room & superb bathroom with a large shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the addition of a sofa certainly enhanced our comfort.
The breakfast served in a gorgeous room downstairs was varied and plentiful, quite delicious and the ladies serving were extremely welcoming & soon remembered our drinks order each morning!
The hotel is in a wonderful location for all the amazing sites you will want to visit as well as some superb restaurants!
We would like to thank all the wonderful staff at this very special hotel for making our stay so memorable and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here and indeed will be planning our return soon!
Special mention must go to Christina who was so kind at check in and throughout our stay providing wonderful service and always with a friendly smile!

Don’t recommend
Pros:

We were very disappointed - especially for the price that was valid on Easter :(
Room was clean , towels very fresh but we get only 1 bath towel and we saw it at night so we did not get another. Man at the recepction wasn’t so nice and what is more make a scan of my credit Card !!!!! Where the RODO is ? Breakfast wasn’t varied , scrambbled eggs made from powder 🫣 But the worst was that the room was clastrophobic.

We enjoyed 3 nights stay in a small quiet hotel !
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area, the breakfast was perfect and the stuff is ready to help in any subject.

Cons:

Should have ordered the more spacious room with a larger table. I checked before, that there is no boiler or coffee machine in a standard room, so we took our own.

Poorer than expected
Pros:

Room was very nice. Great bathroom and shower. Majority of staff were great.

Cons:

Breakfast mainly pre cooked and stewing in pots. Check out receptionist was not friendly, in fact almost hostile!
