Pros:

Once upon a time this hotel would have been amazing. It is looking slightly dated. However the rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious. However the shower was terrible due to the lack of power and no wifi in the rooms but only in the bar downstairs if you were lucky. My partner never got it at all. The pool was nice but the pool bar was never open while we were there and due to tall buildings adjacent you only get a few hours of sunlight during midday. What made our stay is there is a very cute cat that hangs around the hotel and loves the fussing so make sure you pet it!! Overall enjoyed our stay because of location close to beach but could do with a few updates! :)

Pros:

Loved Seminyak and cannot wait to return, friendly local people, great value for money dining and shopping. Fantastic beach and waves all day long. Not to be missed sunset drinks on the beach.

Pros:

My room was disgusting. No air con. No safe. No running water from the sink. No balcony. And the entrance door was insecure. Overall a terrible place to stay. I booked 8 nights and checked out after 2. Terrible terrible terrible.

Good value hotel
Pros:

Room clean on arrival and made up daily. Bathroom clean and functional but would benefit from an upgrade. Staff friendly. Wifi in lobby or restaurant next door mainly. Lots of places to eat nearby, easy access to shops one way and beach the other. Lovely beach with friendly bars and surf school. Waves too big and strong for small children.

Pros:

Extremely convenient location in Seminyak. The open Bar/restaurant at the front is perfect for the end of the day relax and people watching. Well priced and tasty food/drinks. Good walking distance to Beach.
Be aware there are a few stairs, so not suitable for people who can't climb up 2 floors, and very low water pressure for shower, but very good spacious rooms. For the price, its fantastic value.
Have stayed here twice now, and still think its great, and will return.
