From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and the roof top pool is perfect to get away from the busy city. We would happily stay again.

Excellent stay -- nice and clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, very comfy bed, and lovely and convenient neighbourhood, and a chic rooftop pool with views. Will definitely return!

I loved the location and walkability.
The hallways are very dark and depressing and black. Carpets always looked dirty, wasn't very inviting at all. The pool was cold, no bar service upstairs on the rooftop (perhaps I missed the timeframe of that/season).

Very bad experience at this hotel. When we ordered a room with two separate beds, got confirmation, and paid a non-refundable amount, we expected to actually get what we paid for. Upon check-in, a rude receptionist named Natalia told us they did not have any rooms with two beds available. This is not stipulated anywhere before you buy and pay for the room.
This is scam marketing and lying to customers. Additionally, this receptionist Natalia lied to us and said that if we came back after 15:00, there would be a room with two beds available. So we left in good belief. When we came back later, the receptionists had changed, and the man at the desk said, “Sorry, we still have no rooms with two beds available.” So Natalia clearly lied to us.
We were offered another room the next day, but the night and the whole experience were already totally ruined. The hotel offered no compensation and continues scamming customers on Booking by offering rooms with two beds when they apparently do not have them available.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
