Vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie en fles cava in ijsemmer op de kamer bij aankomst. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet van uitstekende kwaliteit met hartelijke bediening. Dakterras om te profiteren van de eerste lentezon! Centrale ligging in wijk Eixample.

Great hotel for long stays and good location.
Pros:

The hotel is really beautiful, it has a nice bar/lounge area on the lobby, staff was very friendly and room was spacious plus had access to a small balcony.

Cons:

I loved it all.

Great hotel
Pros:

Nice and spacious room, great breakfast, very good location. No problem to leave our luggage when we left late on our last day.

Cons:

The staff in the breakfast room were very noisy, banging plates, running the dishwasher, clearing plates away when just finished and playing very loud music, and the coffee wasn't very nice. The shower took forever to get hot and changed temperature from too hot too cold on the same setting.

Pros:

lokalita - asi 15 min od Rambla a asi 20 min od Barrio Gotico. okolo dostatek restaurací a kaváren. jinak klidné místo. Bazén je na střeše, ale je studený. Bar je hezký a nabízí lehčí a chutná jídla - tapas, burger,.. a víno, nápoje.

Cons:

Snídaně poněkud skromná a ne úplně skvělá, komplet selfservice. Malý výběr. Pokoje do vnitřního traktu nemají světl ani výhled - byli jsme ve 3 patře a byla tam tma, ale myslím že obdobné je to v celém hotelu.

The hotel's location is fantastic, both quiet and close to everything, and the overall architecture is very nice. They were also very helpful with parking, thank you very much.

Cons:

The hotel's common areas are only the rooftop bar and pool, and the lobby. The terrace bar and pool were closed due to the winter season. Only the lobby bar is open, and it's closed in the mornings and at certain times. There is no staff present. Unfortunately, a bad smell emanated from the plumbing in the bathroom of my room at certain times.

Le séjour a été très bien.
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien, le personnel super aimable, les chambres propres et confortables.
La salle de bain est très bien équipée et propre. La douche est spacieuse et les équipements (savon, shampooing, conditionner) bien appréciables.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif à mon goût a été le confort du lit. Un surmatelas l'a rendu bien trop mou pour moi.

Pros:

It was very well situated and well presented. The staff were lovely and brought us complimentary Cava and cake for my birthday

Cons:

Our room was too hot and there were no instructions for the heating/air conditioner. If we had been staying longer we would have asked for help
