Грязь и пыль в номере. Уборка только в середине, по углам лежит слой застарелой пыли, волосы. Браться за пульт телевизора было вообще отвратительно.
Напор воды очень слабый. В душе слабо течет горячая вода и нужно долго ждать нормальной температуры.
В барах чтобы заказать напитки приходилось долго искать бармена.
Нет лосьона для тела.
Уже во многих отелях 4 звезд есть тапочки. Ходить босяком по грязному полу было не приятно.

Servizi: i.e. wi fi non funzionante. L ho segnalato più volte ma non mi è stata data alcuna soluzione, avevo necessità per lavoro di disporre di una linea stabile e buona.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Our superior room wasn't huge, but definitely enough for a few days. I loved the cool design, and having a balcony was a great bonus. A really nice touch was the in-room radio system with a great music selection!
Nothing major, really. Obviously, the price was a bit high considering the hotel's star rating, but that's just Barcelona for you!
