We only had a flying visit but staff were very accommodating with a dog and also providing our breakfast early on Sunday

Magique ! emprunt d'histoire
Pros:

lieu extraordinaire, chargé d'histoire en plus pour avoir hébergé de nombreuses fois la Reine Elizabeth.
le personnel est tres agréable et digne d'un grand palace.
le restaurant sert une cuisine gastronomique. et la tranquilité de la nuit est remarquable

Cons:

une standing de cette qualité aurait mérité un lit super king size (180). nous avons dormi dans la suite, et elle etait magnifique. elle avait la place de tenir un lit super king size.Nous étions à l'etroit dans le lit et ca a gaché un peu la nuit. dommage

Excellent and thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

Excellent nights stay in an excellent suite. All staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and excellent. Fantastic stay.

We komen zeker terug!
Pros:

Rustig gelegen in een mooi parkdomein. Zeer lekker ontbijt en diner, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Op anderhalf uurtje ben je in Londen met de trein, of op 40 minuten in Brighton met de auto.

Cons:

Er zijn (nog) geen laadpalen voor EV's.
De "Garden" kamer heeft nog enkel glas, dus je hoort wel wat verkeer.

Prachtige setting, maar een afstandelijke service tempert de ervaring.
Pros:

De prachtige ligging en rustige omgeving van het hotel. De setting is echt bijzonder en het gebouw heeft veel charme.

Cons:

Vooral de afstandelijke service en het gebrek aan duidelijke informatie (ontbijt, check-out, diner).

Could be five star with minor changes

Location, buildings ,room , friendly staff

Cons:

Food was a let down , dinner was noticeably less enjoyable than a year ago for our table of four. Breakfast also not particularly impressive, kitchen unable to soft poach eggs despite a specific request on day , crumpets stale/hard. Shower pressure, no room fridge, no airco ( not an issue in spring obviously), no safe in the rooms and finally please up your coffee offering substantially, it outsells tea in the UK .

Pros:

We stayed in the Windsor Suite. It was amazing! Food was good if a little limited but overall we had a fabulous time. The staff were great and very attentive

Perfect location for a special occasion
Pros:

Just about everything. Excellent location and grounds. Amazing staff. Comfortable rooms and excellent quality and choice of food for breakfast and in the restaurant. Highly recommend for a special occasion or treat.
