Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
Around taps, shower silicone. Nothing major. Didnt effect stay.

Great for us.
Pros:

Hosts were kind, friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfotable. Room was very clean and tidy. Parking was great and easy. Very essy check-in.

A big dip in the middle, I couldn’t sleep maybe it was just the one bed that I had so please don’t be put off

The plumbing for the room above runs through the family room we stayed in and after being woken up by loud drunk guests
Pros:

Location is great, not on the strip but close enough to walk to and close to the train station too,owners were lovely

Cons:

Some of the room needs updating, tv, kettle, lamp didn’t work. A little table would have been so helpful for meal times. Plumbing for room above needs addressing as very loud in the room

Very close to the beach, town and attractions.
A 5 minute walk to all of the above.
The hosts were a lovely couple.

Cons:

Sadly, the room was very dirty, I had to clean all surfaces and then drawers and line them with paper towels before I could put our clothes in. The on suite shower room was grubby, leaking taps.
Beds uncomfortable could feel the springs. Miss matched furniture. Kettle unusable I had to buy my own to make hot drinks.
