Everything involved money. We were supposed to get higher floor and they gave us lower floor.
Rooms and bed were extremely small. It’s like getting cramped in there. Nothing like pictures and plus they charge extra to even give you the room 2 hours early or even to delay check out by 1 hour they will charge 2000 yen per hour.
Location is awesome, easy to connect to the Metro, and lots of restaurants close by

The tooms were small but big enough for two people to be comfortable with two large suitcases. The rooms were clean and practical and the check in and out were very quick. While not in one of the tourist centers, the hotel is close to three subway lines which connect you to all major tourist attractions within 20 to 30 minutes. The area is also a bit more quite with several very good breakfast and dinnet options close by.
We would recommend this gor first time travellers who want to be able to get everywhere fairly easily and also want to get away from the big masses from time to time.

Hotel moderne. Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Belle vue sur la ville.
Nous avons réservé exprès une chambre plus spacieuse pour plus de confort à deux avec nos bagages. Pas de bruits notables pendant la nuit.
Le personnel est serviable et parle anglais.
Les adaptateurs fournis pour téléphones étaient endommagés et nous avions besoin d'un adaptateur mural, qui nous a coûté 2100¥ à la réception.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas aussi bon que ce à quoi nous nous attendions.
Un peu cher, mais ce sont sans doute les prix de Tokyo.
