Nice staff. Comfortable bed.
The rooms smell of sewage, I had three rooms in 6 days, very stressful ti keep packing and moving. The only cleaned once during my stay. The room was tiny.

Everything was amazing, it’s a very nice place to stay and very convenient. There is a 7 Eleven right next to the hotel and it’s very close to subway stations so you can easily go anywhere from there - and the neighborhood is lovely!
Room was perfect as a base for us, bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff were lovely and had endless patience with our many questions!
This might have just been us but we couldn't figure the AC out at all. The room shifted from boiling hot to cold and we had no way of fixing it.
Amazing location with up to 4 subway lines within 10min walk. Room on the smaller side but standard for Japan. All the facilities were extremely clean.
