The staff are so friendly. I loved the banana pancakes for breakfast. The room was always cleaned and smelt fresh. Water and new towels everyday. The garden area was tranquil and calm and you have your own little balcony. You can organise pick up and take back to the airport, but give your arrival and departure times in 24 hour time to avoid confusion.
It rained while we were there so it would have been nice if our TV was connected to an aerial so it would work.
Degradation des équipements tres mauvais service client et le pompon ils rajoutent sur le prix final des taxes 500 000 pour 5.050 pour la chambre soit 10% alors que sur booking le prix indiqué comprend les taxes et les charges. Le couple de manageurs n’est jamais present

The serenity of the gardens made my stay so peaceful and calm. The breakfast that was included was perfect for my requirements - scrambled eggs, potatoes and vegies followed by freshly cut fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The positioning of the hotel was perfect, just a one minute stroll to the main street so all shops and restaurants were close by. Definitely will consider returning to this place again.
There was nothing I did not like. The place was great!
Great little place in Nusa dua for the last 4 days of a 16 day trip .Set right back off the main Rd so very Quiet but good little walk up the strip for multiple food and Spa choices in both directions. Staff very polite and helpful .Great breakfast option in the mornings .

Nice tranquil location back off the street. Two lovely staff who made the breakfasts and did all the cleaning and servicing of rooms to a high standard. Pool and grounds were a pleasure to relax in.
The lack of information available at reception on things to do in Nusa Dua and no one regularly available to answer any inquiries on such things. However, once contact was established they could not have been more helpful.

The bathroom needs upgrading
The room was basic and adequate.
The gardens and pool area were lovely.
Staff were lovely and breakfast was good.
It was peaceful and quiet.
The bathroom was tired and needs updating. Cracked glass in shower area. Unpleasant smell when running water and shower.

Three lights (veranda, bedside light and one bathroom light over mirror not working) in room 9, and the lock to room was difficult to secure.
All staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast was good and just a relaxed atmosphere
Not a lot to do on a rainy day in that area
Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very tasty and we liked it a lot. Bike rent can be arranged at the reception desk which we found very convenient. Good water pressure. Territory is beautiful and peaceful. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed.
Room needs some serious repairing. For example, tap next to the sink was nearly holding, found it wiggling. Head of the shower was broken too and sink had crack marks. Pool could be colder, it is very warm and you can hardly refresh there.
Great room was around the pool. Space was very large. Had nice outdoor space to sit and relax.
It was picky, no kettle in the room.
