Pros:

Just the most beautiful place. Tastefully decorated and wonderful service from the staff. We ordered an extra bed but there was confusion and it didn't get added, so they gave it complimentary

The bar is very nice and chill with a Sunday jazz singer.

Breakfast is excellent and generous

Cons:

The only complaint is that because it often has private events, so you may find the restaurant or bar is not available which can be frustrating after a long days sightseeing

Lovely hotel and comfortable rooms. Restaurant food and service were excellent.

Cons:

Early on our second morning, our two rooms didn't have hot water, which we reported (one room didn't have hot water the previous evening). Someone came and said the water was warm, implying it was fine, so we reported the problem again at reception on our way out. It was fixed by our return about 2 hours later. The hotel provided complimentary lunch after we asked for a discount, which was appreciated as a gesture. However, the issue should have been addressed with more attention and urgency.

Attentive staff and delicious food
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing staff. The best part of the staying was the fact that they have the best restaurant in town (Azrhak). Every meal was perfect and unforgettable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during this season, so we couldn’t have a swim to respite from the heat.

Pros:

Saraca is worth it! The property is a beautiful old house which is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous.
The food was excellent. The Nihari and biryani is a must try.
But it was the service that was outstanding. The entire team is polite, happy to help and always smiling. Naish, Chitra Chauhan, Ankur and Shyam Ji were people we interacted with regularly. But the ones whose names we did not find out were equally fabulous. Thank you Team Saraca.

Pros:

The food at the restaurant is very good. Allows one to taste local cuisine.

Cons:

Room size could be a little bigger at the price point. Better thought to design and storage of luggage Bathroom plumbing problems (flush tank would continue to flush, flush tank ran out of water in the middle of the night)

Luxury in a beautiful historic building.
Pros:

A beautiful heritage property restored very well, creating an interesting and comfortable hotel, with great staff and excellent food. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The pool area unfortunately lets them down, it could be a fantastic outdoor area, but is sadly a bit neglected and sad.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение, чистота в номерах. Прекрасное обслуживание, и отношение персонала. В номере, есть все необходимое, чайный и кофейный набор, всегда свежая вода. Уборка ежедневная, горячая вода, все косметические принадлежности, халат, тапки. Румсервис отличный. Завтраки прекрасные., в ресторане обслуживание на высоте.

Cons:

Пожелание, наличие сейфа в номере. Но как нам объяснили в ближайшее время этот вопрос решится.
