La preocupación de el chico de recepción cuando llegamos. Se llamaba Ahmed y hubo una confusión, pusieron cama de mascotas en vez de una cuna y el chaval se preocupo e hizo lo imposible por solucionarlo. Parece una cosa insignificante pero es un detalle digno de un profesional.

l'habitació és gran i el llit confortable amb balcó amb vistes. la dutxa i WC neta i modern. l'hotel està molt bé

no sempre hi ha atenció en català. També problema de filtració del meu nr de telefon i nom i em van voler estafar per whatsapp fent-se passar per l'hotel. ho vaig comunicar a l'hotel i en van prendre nota i que ho passaven a la policia, però no se si va ser per booking o per on va venir la filtració. per sort tenia les habitacions pagades i em va fer sospitar que em diguessin que si no confirmava la reserva , la perdria. L'hotel va ser amable i va agraïr que els passés el nr de l estafador , però era d'USA així que ves a saber..

Bardzo dobre położenie, czysto, spokojnie, blisko do Badalony i Barcelony, obsługa wpuściła nas wcześniej niż planowano🤗Dostałem nawet ręcznik na plażę🏊

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel en lui même est super ! Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont vraiment de qualité.
Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil !
La chambre Deluxe était vraiment belle.
La piscine très propre ainsi que les parties communes.

Cons:

En revanche nous entendons beaucoup trop le bruit de la route + les rideaux des velux n'occultent aucune lumière + les fourmis dans le lavabo qui viennent et repartent.

j'avais pris cet hôtel pour le parking : minuscule et payant!!!
pour la proximité avec le port de Barcelone où je prenais tôt le bateau, le GPS indiquait 27 mn super
je devais être au port à 9h30 donc petit dej 7h , départ hôtel 7h30 arrivée Port 8h topppissime sauf que le soir j'ai discuté avec l'hôtesse à l'accueil qui m'a dit lundi matin , c'est "BOUCHON" comptez 1h3O ou plus pour Barcelone port;
moralité j'ai payé un petit déjeuner pour rien car je suis partie de l'hôtel à 6H30 pour être sûre d'être à l'heure et ce fut tout juste!!!!!aussi si vous sejournez en vue de prendre un bateau, prévoyez LARGE!!!

The location was near the motorway so easy access and departure.

The room was lovely.

The staff were very nice and helpful

The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent

The bus into the centre of Madrid picked us up and dropped us off very near to the hotel (4.15€ each way).
