Soggiorno a Campo di Trens
Pros:

Viaggiamo spesso negli Hotel con SPA in Alto Adige.
Struttura bella, luminosa e recente!
Hotel ben curato e personale cordiale e ospitale.
Stanze Suite Familiari bellissime: molto pulite, spaziose, dotate di ogni accessorio necessario e comfort. Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona bene in ogni area.
Ristorante buono nel complesso, ma nulla di eccezionale (prima cena molto buona, seconda sera meno). Colazione ottima, ricca, fresca e varia per tutti i gusti!

Cons:

- Il punto critico dell’Hotel è Area SPA Wellness: una delusione. Ha solo una sauna piccola con postazioni per il relax, alcune molto datate e poco comode. Non paragonabile al altri 4 stelle in Alto Adige.
La piscina con idromassaggio carina, ma acqua è quasi fredda! Assolutamente non confortevole. Deve essere calda per un corretto relax. Non ci siamo quindi goduti il relax in area wellness, siamo stati in camera.

- Non hanno dei cuscini più rigidi come da richiesta del cliente, hanno solo cuscini molli e poco comodi.

- Ristorante: solo due opzioni a menu, a volte usciva il cibo tiepido con porzioni molto piccole. Non ci ha fatto impazzire, anche se era tutto mangiabile.
Servirebbe più scelta in un Hotel 4 stelle: buffet solo con verdure, senza altro.

- Altra pecca: non accettano tutte le carte di credito, American Express non funziona. Grave in un Hotel 4 stelle.

- Paragonato ad altri Hotel similari, il prezzo complessivo è troppo alto per i servizi e la qualità offerta.

Nel complesso non credo che ci tornerei, per via della SPA Wellness davvero inesistente

Tolles Hotel, das wir gerne mal für einen längeren Aufenthalt aufsuchen werden
Pros:

Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer, auch das „Standard-Zimmer“, das wir gebucht haben.
Sehr schöner Wellness-Bereich.
Ein tolles Frühstück. Da bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt.
