Phòng rất hôi, ẩm, mốc, khai nước đái, ống cống nghẹt, không có nước nóng, chăn ra bẩn, khăn bẩn, giường bẩn, tủ bẩn, sàn bẩn, nhà tắm bẩn, thậm chí trần nhà bẩn, cửa sổ bẩn, ta nói bẩn từ lúc bước vô sảnh khách sạn đến vô tận tới trong phòng.

Muốn ói thật sự! Không biết chính quyền Đà Nẵng tại sao lại cấp giấy phép cho cái khách sạn này hoạt động đc. Tường thì bể ẩm mốc, ố bẩn ta nói bám đầy trên tường và trần nhà, nói chung nó còn thua cái ổ chuột nữa!

Nhà mình trả tiền full 3 đêm, nhưng đành chấp nhận bỏ tiền để chuyển khách sạn. Khách sạn đúng kiểu là dân lừa đảo luôn. Hình ảnh đăng khách sạn bóng loáng! Tới nơi nhận phòng sốc toàn tập, mà còn là khách sạn 3 sao nữa chứ. Lần đầu trong 35 năm cuộc đời đi các nơi mà gặp phải cái khách sạn ĐN tệ hại đến zậy!

Mình vừa trả phòng xong là khách sạn chỉnh sửa báo booking là m chỉ ở 1 đêm và chỉ thu tiền mình 1 đêm, thật nực cười 😂chắc phải làm 1 cái email báo lên booking chứ không thể để 1 cái khách sạn ổ chuột này đi lừa nhiều người tới du lịch, ảnh hưởng đến ngành du lịch Đà Nẵng nói riêng và đất nước Việt Nam nói chung!

Khuyên chân thành mọi người đừng book khách sạn này để mất tiền oan, chả khác nào bị tụi lừa đảo tiền phòng vậy

The size of the room was good and there was lots of storage space. Basic facilities but ok and clean enough.

The mattress was like sleeping on a wooden floor and the air con leaked water onto the floor. There is no pool that we saw and no breakfast available despite being advertised.

Khách sạn siêu cũ luôn. Mình đã ở nhiều ks cũ rồi nhưng ks này cũ hơn rất nhiều. Nệm lõm xuống ở giữa, nắp bồn cầu lỏng lẻo ngồi cứ bị xê dịch. Điều hòa kêu to nhức đầu luôn mà remote thì ko chỉnh được. Ko cung cấp nước uống đóng chai (có nhưng bị thu tiền chứ ko free như ks khác). Ở 2 đêm phải trả tiền trước còn phải cọc 300k nữa, checkout sẽ trả lại nhưng ko hiểu tại sao lại có quy định này, mình lần đầu tiên thấy luôn, cũng ko hề báo trước trên app nên tới nơi mới biết. Phòng bí ko có cửa sổ mà lại cũ, ẩm, cách âm ko tốt nên trải nghiệm cũng ko tốt. Thật tiếc vì vị trí của ks quá đẹp, nếu nâng cấp cơ sở vật chất một chút là hoàn toàn có thể bán giá phòng cao hơn. Ks chỉ phù hợp để lưu trú tạm 1-2 đêm chứ ko phù hợp nghỉ lâu dài hoặc để khách muốn quay lại.
