Pros:

Llegue en tren. El hotel se encuentra justo frente a la estacion central. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Me brindaron su ayuda a cada una de las cosas que pregunte. La habitación fue muy cómoda al igual que el baño. Tiene un desayuno espectacular. Además, se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Accedí caminando a cada uno de los lugares de interés. Sin dudas es para recomendar. 10 PUNTOS!!!!

No tengo nada que no me haya gustado.

الغرفة لايوجد فيها عازل صوت ولم استطع النوم لوقت متأخر بسبب الصخب اللذي كان في الشارع وطلبت تغيير غرفتي وتم الرفض بسبب عدم وجود غرفة داخلية فارغة وأيضا الحمام كان صاخبا بسبب الشفاط كان صوته عالي جدا لاانصح به

Pros:

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Dortmund. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch nicht nur die Lage, sondern vor allem das Personal. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Aus diesen Gründen komme ich sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel zurück und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! All. Praise to them. Room was done earlier er so I could already store my suitcase and location next to the station was excellent as well.

Cons:

No iron to iron my shirt, but in comparison to service not a big deal.
