Due to this experience, I will not return to this property and cannot recommend it to others.

Cons:

I paid for breakfast for 10 people and was confident that my family would have breakfast provided.
However, in the morning, when we went down for breakfast, nothing had been prepared for us.

When I asked why this was the case, the staff responded in an aggressive and rude manner, asking “what exactly do you expect us to do for you.” I was informed that breakfast is served as a buffet, however no buffet was prepared.

After ordering scrambled eggs, we received a very small portion made from only a few eggs, without any sides. No explanation or alternative was offered.

Additionally, after ordering coffee, we waited several minutes and received only one coffee, despite being a group of 10 people.

We had planned to leave the hotel around 10:00 AM after breakfast, but due to the lack of organization and unprofessional service, we left the hotel around 11:00 AM, practically without having breakfast.

This entire situation ruined our day. We had a full day planned with family activities, and the stressful and disappointing morning experience negatively affected the rest of the day.

The service I paid for was not provided, and the way my family was treated was unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the breakfast paid for 10 people and an explanation of this situation.

ich würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten
Pros:

im ersten Zimmer waren aufgebroche Türen zusehen notdürftig reparier
im Bad vier das Fenster fast ins Zimmer
im zweiten Zimmer das mir angeboten wurde war Schimmel im Badezimmer an der decke
das frühstück war eigentlich dürftig

Cons:

die größte Frechheit war die Forderung einer Kaution von 100 € also noch höher als der Zimmerpreis mit der Begründung als ich das Zimmer verwüsten würde als ob das dafür reichen würde das sollten Sie in orten Portal schon mit angeben
