Hands down, I would always look for a Drury hotel, no matter where I’m traveling to again staff was outstanding water ha
Pros:

Conveniently located, they offered parking immediately clean. Staff was outstanding in the food. I’ll always look for a Drury hotel.

Cons:

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Super great unfortunately the road closure the next day we had to leave very early. Breakfast was delicious so was the snack in the evening loved the opportunity to sit and enjoy and have a beverage with friends and other people who were at the Drury hotel

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We loved staying at this property during our short stay in Pittsburgh. The hotel was easy to find, clean, and spacious. The rooms were comfy and met our standards. The customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The front desk was so friendly and offered us all the information we needed for things to do and getting around.

The kickback event provided free food at 5:30pm and a free alcoholic beverage. There is a patio on the 8th floor that was a great to relax at while getting some city views. We used the valet which was $40 with in and out privileges and were able to leave our car until 3pm the next day before they would charge for an extra day. The location of the hotel is great and we were able to walk everywhere.

We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

Cons:

The valet was pricey but very convenient and they were very attentive. They had our car to us within a minute.

The staff was excellent. The hotel prides itself on friendly helpful service. They exceeded expectations. Breakfast was great. Staff refilled breakfast items prior to getting to bottom of trays

Cons:

Valet service was excellent, not cheap but super convenient. Limited parking volume.

We have been staying at the Drury for many years. It is just fantastic. Clean, great location, super staff and service. HIGHLY recommend!
