Wonderful experience with kind & accommodating staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Drury! The rooms were huge with vaulted ceilings, the food was all excellent (for what it was - included with your stay), and you can't beat the drink specials. The best part of our experience was the staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, especially to our little one - from the cleaning crew to management. It makes all the difference! Highly recommend!

Best Hotel Stay Ever
Pros:

Upon entering the hotel it smelled of freshly popped popcorn which was available to guests along with sodas, the hotel was very clean and beautiful, every staff member I encountered the entire stay was friendly and helpful, I had spoken to the manager casually and she is wonderful. The room was big, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. I absolutely loved the patio you had a great view of PNC Park and the convention center. I didn't go to the Kickback which is free drinks and snacks to guests from 5:30pm-7pm, but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet which was also free for guests to enjoy, there were a lot of choices and the food and coffee were good. It's also the old Federal reserve and they have turned the old vaults into conference rooms which is pretty neat. It's a great hotel and we will definitely be booking again!!

Cons:

The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the patio closed at 10pm and there were fireworks at PNC Park that started around 10:20, it would have been nice to see them from the patio.

We had a lovely stay, & would enjoy staying here again!
Pros:

The place is lovely, and the staff is gracious. We were delighted by a complimentary buffet dinner and breakfast, with great variety of foods and plenty of space to enjoy it. We were glad to not have to drive anywhere in the big city, for meals. We used the valet parking & those folks were wonderful too. Thanks!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a fan to run overnight, to block noises from the hall.
