Had everything you need and staff were great. Bedrooms were huge and an awesome bed
Quite a few families and kids so sometimes hard to enjoy the facilities such as the pool

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast, nice selections and delicious. Dinner in restaurant/bar was simple and tasty. Bartender/server was very nice. Dinner, provided by hotel was nice bonus. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Decor and history was a great bonus.
Included (free) dinner selections were ok. Would have liked to have a menu ahead of time, so we could have decided to take advantage of meal or go out. (everything we had was delicious)
Very old furniture not really clean
The hotel is beautiful! The staff was very accommodating.
Entrance. Attempting to get into the parking lot was a nightmare.
I loved the high ceilings and all the added amenities available for my family and I.
The back part of the hotel that led out into a very sketchy part of pittsburgh was questionable for my family and I.
The room was on the first floor so we were worried about noise, but the soundproofing and how it was laid out was amazing. It was so quiet and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful.
The room is a smidge dated, but the bathroom was so nice. And the soaring ceiling made it feel so grand. There isn't really anything I didn't like... maybe some new carpet would be nice... but really, lovely room.

Having to use card for elevator n off there was an issue n u were on an upper floor u would have to use stairs to go down n get someone to fix
The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were spacious, the hotel was spotless, and the value was incredible.
The complimentary breakfast and Kickback were so much fun and added so much value to our stay all by themselves. Everything was well organized, fresh, and plentiful. Even had gluten free options.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was amazingly quiet. We never would have guessed how busy it was because there was virtually no extra noise.
The staff truly made this the best hotel experience we've ever had. Rita and Brian, thank you so much for everything. We wish we could remember everyone's names because every single person from the valet, front desk, managers, kitchen staff, and cooks deserves to be recognized. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
You all made us feel like family instead of guests. Thank you for making our trip so special. We can't wait to stay here again!
It was amazing that the hotel provided an ample breakfast AND a dinner buffet with a complimentary drink in the evening! It was a wonderful benefit to be able to eat in the hotel!
