All staff were wonderful
Getting into the parking lot is a little tight but that can't be helped
The room was clean and spacious, the hospitality staff were friendly and attentive. The Happy Hour was just what we needed after a day of traveling.
Everything
Nothing
Historic with a history and loved the location in downtown Pittsburgh
The king size deluxe room was a little small
Location was nice and centrally located to many things to do.
Loved the breakfast and Kickback at supper time.
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
The rooms were clean and roomy. We all slept well. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were on the spot about refilling needs. They were so friendly. I like how the breakfast was set up. Love the fact they kept the architecture from Federal Building.
Antares at the front desk and Heather at the breakfast bar were particularly helpful! The room was clean and comfortable and all the normal perks were at or above expectations.
$40 valet requirement for on-site parking was a bit much. Parked our second car a block away at the Greyhound garage for $12. The valet was friendly and responsive though!
The staff was absolutely amazing the dinner and drinks made the price more bareable because the rooms are very mediocre. Jasmine at the front desk was wonderful, the kitchen staff and Kevin in maintenance was on the spot. Everything was clean except the room coffee makers were kind of gross and unusable.
Mainly the coffee pots in rooms but there was free coffee downstairs. The rooms were mediocre for the price, next trip we will not get a superior king because a regular queen room is exactly the same with 2 beds.
The free dinner and drinks coupons were awesome! What a nice surprise. So glad we chose your hotel.
Price for parking overnight when the parking garage was $12 to park overnight. We moved our car after the first night.
The location of the hotel is just perfect, because it is located right in Downtown Pittsburgh and is very close to the Amtrak station, the theaters, the museums, and all the city’s major attractions. The building is quite interesting in itself, since it used to house the offices of the Federal Reserve and showcases items of that past time, such as the giant vaults in the basement turned into meeting rooms or the firing range transformed into a pool. The staff is very kind and reliable, and the rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The perks of this hotel include a delicious breakfast every morning and one drink with unlimited food that are offered for free every evening. I highly recommend it and I will definitely go back there next time I visit Pittsburgh!
All was very good and very nice, no complaints!
