A great stay in Pittsburgh
Pros:

The property is in a great location in the downtown and close to a lot of places like the convention center. The staff was absolutely amazing - shout out to the valets- and we were always greeted and they took care of our every need. Pool area is enviable - none of the other hotels in the area compare. If you want to be well taken care of by the staff, choose this hotel.

Cons:

Rooms could use some upgrades. Bathrooms are very decent, but just the bedrooms themselves - especially the mattresses could be improved.

5:30 food and drinks, breakfast, valet, room was nice, pool and hot tub! And we loved the patio!

You can do better
Pros:

Valet lady on check out very sweet and friendly. The maid staff met in hall also pleasant.

Cons:

The valet guy upon entering was more interested in the woman he was working with than attending me, stuck his arm in car to try key when I was in driver seat.
The pub area I found cold and uninviting, did not make me stay. I ordered wings ( frozen) partially cooked and beer. Me personally I do not like eating/drinking off of plastic plates and cups. Sadly, I am in no hurry to return.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff is so nice and helpful.The property is clean and beautiful. This area is walkable.

Cons:

I wish the coffee was better and there were more gluten free options for the kick back.

Gli Hotel Drury sono di livello superiore. La Struttura aveva una bella camera enorme con tutti i confort. La catena Drury offre nel tardo pomeriggio il Kickback, praticamente una cena. Colazione all'americana abbondante e variegata che predilige il salato al dolce.

Cons:

Ho scelto di parcheggiare l'auto in un multipiano vicino all'Hotel, consigliato alla reception. Il parcheggio dell'Hotel costava troppo

We liked the laundromat. We also liked the conference table in our room. We liked the generous happy hour. The garden view on the rooftop was very nice. We liked the reuse of an old bank building to make it into a hotel and keeping the historical details. One staff in particular, Bonita, was very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a fan.
