Nice stay but please improve your check in process.
Pros:

The facilities like kids facilities is nice, so me and the kids enjoy our time in hotel. The beds are also comfy.

Cons:

The check in process took a long time. I still couldnt check in eventhouth it's already 15.00 pm, they said that the rooms weren't ready yet. So, it took almost 1,5 hours waiting in the lobby for check in. The breakfast is limited options. It was promoted that there will be more 100 menus for breakfast but in reality it's still limited options.
