浴室墙壁发霉、角落有青苔，床底有垃圾
Location is very convenient from Jakarta.
Some part of the road to Gadog need to be repaired.
Closet seat needs to be warmer, the pipe of jet shower was leaking, understaff daily housekeeping, unstable electricity.
Most of all no advance notice that the cafe was closed for renovation…give very bad impression for the whole hotel.

Great hotel rooms and facilities. I booked for my parent’s birthday and they prepared a nice surprise.
It was quite busy that check-in took longer than expected

Fasilitasnya banyak dan pelayanan stafnya juga ramah2.
Kamar yg kami pesan diupgrade dan saat check out kami dibekali snack cookies utk di perjalanan. Sungguh hotel ini memperhatikan tamu dari kedatangan sampai pulang...

The scenery
The receptionists are not friendly.
Overcharging food, especially drink.
Nice room, good shower, comfy bed, balcony etc couldn't fault it. limited view.
Gym was a bit basic, could do with more equipment for people who want to move weights, and its hard to find.
Monstrosity of a 'temporary' covered structure (its been there two years!) infront of the lobby / bar / breakfast restaurant completely spoils the view, its ugly and needs tearing down

・子連れで泊まりましたが、子どもが楽しめるアクティビティが豊富。
・視察は総じて良かった
ちなみに、眺望が素晴らしいが、お庭側の部屋はなんてことはない(しょぼい)のでご注意ください。
・15時のチェックインに合わせて着いてみると、とても混んでいて受付で30分待たされました。加えて荷物を運ぶのも遅く、自室で荷物を開けたのはホテルに着いてから1時間後でした。
・スイート、セミスイートとそれ以外のレベルの部屋は別の塔になります。Booking.comに勧められるがままに別のレベルの部屋を予約すると、往来が非常に不便です。
・諸事情あって2つ取ったうちの1部屋をアップグレードしてもらいましたが、レストランにはうまく伝わっていなかったのか、朝のビュッフェで差額の支払いを求められました。
総じてオペレーションが脆弱で、イライラさせられます。
Impressive hotel right next to the golf course. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurants. Shuttle to golf.
