Nice location close to a great Golf Course. Different options for Lunch and Dinner. Most of the staff were nice.
Rooms felt old and especially bathroom was not properly maintained and cleaned.

ويوجد في الغرفة غلاية ومغلفات الشاهي والقهوة
الاستقبال كان رائع والطاقم جدا ودود وبالذات الشاب ريان الذي تعاون معنا في تقديم الخدمة المطلوبة
الفطور كان جيد الاغلب أسيوي ويوجد ركن فيه اجبان ومرتدلا وطبعا البيض وهو الخيار الوحيد للعرب
الفطور اتمنى ان يكون عالمي وبالذات تواجد الكثير من العرب
ايضا لم يتم السماح لنا بتناول الفطور في المطعم القريب من الجم باعتبار انه للسويتات فقط علما بانه الأقرب لغرفتنا واطلالته أجمل وتنظيمه اقضل وطلبوا منا دفع مبلغ إضافي في حال أردنا ذلك مع العلم ان اقامتنا كانت مشمولة بالأفطار
المطعم المخصص لنا فيه الكثير من العوائل الاسيوية والكثير من الأطفال والوضع غير مريح تماما
ايضا هناك قليل من الازعاج وبالذات وقت الظهيرة
The Breakfast was exceptional! 9/10. I love how they served smoked salmon and the choice of breakfast, which we can order like the omurice, breakfast champion, and so on. Also, I love the dessert, heavenly blush yogurt
A truly enjoyable and calming stay. The resort is perfect for families, with fun kids’ activities such as horse riding, flying fox, archery, indoor games in the ballroom, and a splash bubble party. While children stay happily entertained, parents can relax and enjoy the lush green surroundings and beautiful mountain views, making it a refreshing and family-friendly escape from the city. Thank you for the lovely birthday greeting, it made our stay even more special.
One small downside is that the resort is often fully booked, so availability can be limited. However, the experience is truly worth it once you get the chance to stay.
Facilities and amenities were excellent. There were lots of kids activities to keep them occupied throughout the day.
Breakfast has wide range of food and restaurant is big enough to host guests during the busy period.
Staffs were all polite and attentive and response to queries in timely manner.
Though the breakfast has a vast range of food, some of them were not served in great condition (i.e. egg balado curry was cold, coffee tasted burnt).
The elevators were pretty small to fit 1 wheel chair, 4 adults and 4 kids (which gave us an excuse to use the stairs for extra exercise).
Overall, it was still a nice experience for the whole family.

Exceptional views and very friendly staff
Everything was well organized
This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. Superb room, very comfortable and clean, nice spacious bathroom. The little touch of welcome dessert was amazing. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof against the sound from outside. I cannot sleep well due to the traffic sounds. Another suggestion, put guests with little children on the lower floor. The family above my room was very noisy, their children kept on running and jumping, I heard their thumping all night!
1. The breakfast menu could use some upgrades; my kids were not loving it.
2. Paying for valet. It was free during my 1st visit.
