Selene Beach & Spa Hotel

Staff are very polite, helpful, and friendly. Food was exquisite - wide choice, well prepared, and delicious. Even a person like me, with a lot of allergies, didn't have any troubles.
Rooms and washrooms are very clean. Premises are cosy and inviting.
Selene Beach and Spa hotel is the right place for a wonderful vacation.

It was ok but had much better. The food offer was what put us off! Two weeks of almost the same buffet every night. Very poor for gluten free too. Although one very good chef did try as best he could to help. Entertainment was fairly good but in cold weather very little indoor space. Sadly we won’t return. Ps I did go to guest services about the food and they said they would contact me but never bothered.

Amazing place and Excellent service, from restaurant staff,house keeping and all front desk people they’re truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

Ein super All Inclusive Hotel. Essen war super, alles war sauber und modern. Zimmer waren geräumig und schön.
Besonderes Lob geht an unseren Kellner Hussein, der uns Abends immer bestens versorgt hat und immer für einen Spaß zu haben war. Danke!!

Positives: excellent food with a great variety of choices, several conveniently located bars, excellent rooms and facilities, cleanliness, friendly service, no children. Overall, excellent value for money and a very good, smooth experience overall.

Negatives: rather noisy place both inside and outside. Inside, due to the building design, all evening entertainment (such as godawful karaoke "singing") is heard without interruptions in all rooms overlooking inner atrium. When the same entertainment is moved to the bar near the pool, the rooms overlooking the pool (i.e. with the sea view) suffer from the same noise. (Fortunately, evening entertainment ends at 11pm. Unfortunately, drunken screams of guests kept coming from that atrium much later than that). Outside, the hotel is located close to the main coastal road between several equally huge hotels, resulting in a lot of noise and dust coming from the road and those hotels. For example, our room with a 'land view' was directly opposite a huge, very loud and noisy ventilation system of the adjacent hotel, which made opening the balcony door or using the balcony itself practically impossible because of very loud noise outside. Overall, the hotel could do better soundproofing, both from the noises inside and outside.

What could also be improved: beach could be cleaner; scramble could be better cooked (out of 6 days we spend in the hotel, it was properly cooked only once); air conditioning could be more responsive to the remote.

Gutes Sauberes 18 Hotel

This Hotel will be a good choose for a holiday. Clean, modern, nice rooms with all what you need. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner very tasty and the stuff very friendly.

Good adult-only hotel, quiet if you aim at avoiding kids noise, etc. Overall the facilities are comfortable and convenient. Just a few negatives that separate a great hotel from an ok one, however, I would not take them against the hotel or the staff as O consider my stay to have been reasonable:
- Obsession with my girlfriend lack of all-inc bracelet as she came a day later. The receptionist was onto us like a hawk to clarify the situation. During check out there was another interrogation as to why my girlfriend left early!! A rather uncomfortable and unnecessarily offputting act.
- Lack of tissues in the rooms and generally everywhere in the lobby area
- No "Do Not Disturb' facility in the room, chambermaid woke us up when we least needed that.
- Chefs with limited English can be problematic. As a guest with some food allergy, I had to repeatedly inquire about the presence of certain ingredients. The answer I got was "no it is ok". I was rescued at the last minute by a staff member with good English command who stirred me away from food with ingredients that would have caused me serious issues. This is a safety matter that should be addressed by F&B management, please.
Food variety and quality are generally very good considering an all-inc establishment, room facilities are more than adequate. Location of the hotel is reasonably secluded and comfortable for a peaceful holiday

I was on a long drive to Datca and stayed one night in this hotel just to sleep and have a breakfast at the seaside. .
I was checking in at 23:00 h in the quiet reception. Receptionist claimed there is no reservation on my name. I showed my reservation confirmation and asked him to double check but he did not bother at all with a that's your problem face.
As it was an already paid booking I insisted. This time the guy said the hotel do not accept single males..!!!! He also said I have to ask the refund from hotels.com.
I called hotels.com. It took15 minutes for the same receptionist to come and apologize for the misunderstanding.
The room was well designed, clean and large. Breakfast buffee is not bad, not good either...
It is a small hotel for all inclusive concept. I wonder what can you do on the third day of a holiday.

Öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyim ki tatil mukemmeldi. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Yemekler harikaydı. Personel her daim güler yüzlüydü. Numa Beach ailesine teşekkür ederim. +16 yaş olması tercih sebeplerimdendi. Dinlenebiliyorsunuz. Umarım seneye de görüşeceğiz.

Otel Yeni odalar temiz tek eksik yatakların ayrı ayrı olup birleştirilmesi.. yemekler Harika sabah öğle akşam.. akşamları canlı müzik oluyor.. keşke akşamları organizasyon olup biraz daha canlı olsaydı otel.. genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler numa

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال سئي للغاية لانه كان عندي حجز عن طريق النت وتم دفع المبلغ عن طريق النت وللاسف هذ الفندق لايدخل الأطفال وكان عندي طفل رضيع عمرة سنة ورفض دخولة مع اني كنت حاجز غرفتين ورفض إرجاع المبلغ واذطرينا نحجز في فندق اخر ويعوّض الله على المبلغ الى راح للغرفتين

هذ الفندق سئي سبب عدم دخول الاولد وكان معنا ولد عمرة سنة ومنع دخولة وطالبناه برجوع المبلغ ورفض

otel deki bilgisayarlar çalışmıyordu.otelin yakınındaki bir başka tesisteki tadilatın bütün gürültüsünü odamda hissettim.gürültüyü otel yetkililerine bildirmeme ragmen ,konuya cozüm getirilemedi.bunların dısında oda.kahvaltı,havuz.deniz gayet iyi idı,plaj hizmetleri çok yetersiz idi.

Numa Beach gerçekten harika bir otel. Resepsiyon da karşılamadan başlayıp restorandaki güzel yemeklerle devam eden sessiz sakin huzurlu bir tatil geçirdim otel konumu ve +16 yaş konseptinde olması tercih sebebim olmuştu

Her şey muhteşemdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar ferah ve konforlu. Yemekler herkese hitap ediyor. Çok güzel zaman geçirdim. Mutlaka uzun bir tatil için tekrar geleceğim.
