Pros:

Wonderful customer service! Traveled through a storm & they allowed a late check out which helped us so much.

Disappointing for a Marriott affiliate
Pros:

Front desk staff was excellent and very friendly

Cons:

Day 2 breakfast was out of everything, less than 1/2 way through. First aid kit at front desk was out of bandaids as was the one at the pool. We were never told that rooms aren't made up daily.

Will never stay there again!!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Cons:

We were in a handicap room because that was all there was. The shower was discussing and the bathroom smelt like sewer, it was bad!!!; Neither my husband nor I would take a shower. Our rooms keys wouldn't work. They tried others they didn't work so they gave us a master key. When we were leaving the next morning we opened the door to leave and something fell off the outside of the door lock. We left it on the floor by the door and told them at the front desk. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns and have never had a problem. Hope something is done about room 216 before any other guess goes into it!!!! Bad experience.

In a good location, comfortable beds, definitely needs updating.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, though they ran out of some things. Beds were comfortable, room was clean

Cons:

Needs updating. The AC is old and noisy, bathroom had some cracked tiles. Only one elevator was working and the pool was closed, I assume for repair. They had large portable air units in the eating area. I felt sorry for the clerk that was alone for two days. She was very helpful despite being pulled in different directions.

Pros:

wonderful breakfast (organic milk, cage-free eggs, fresh waffles/fruit...), super-friendly staff, very close to Dutch Wonderland, comfy beds, clean and overall very family friendly

Cons:

we mistakenly booked the hearing-impaired room (which we got) and were therefore close to the elevator and it was a bit noisier room during the night... but this was our fault... if we hadn't booked the hearing-impaired room, we would have probably gotten a quieter room!
