The room I stayed in, pool access villa is too too too dim. Furniture is limited too for luggages. Initially I thought Staff & manager is honest and good. But I am wrong. I left my necklace in the room, when I call back to no. +66 98 265 2391 the manager quickly respond and send me the picture of my found necklace and promise to send to me. After 2 days, I enquire again on the payment and status, all went cold. No response on call and message. I am very dissappointed, the necklace is an amulet that my husband gave me. I have email to bannchomle@gmail.com regarding this matter too when I failed to get updates. I really hope my necklace can be send back to me.

Die Sitzmöglichkeit vor den Bungalows sind nicht so bequem und es war kein Tisch vorhanden!

Swimming pool was dirty

Neochota personálu řešit vzniklé problémy. Cena neodpovídala kvalitě ubytování. Nefunkční klimatizace v chatě. Rozbité vybavení koupelny. Bezprostředně za chatou umístěné čerpadlo, které během celého dne a hlavně noci bylo neustále v provozu a svým hlasitým zvukem rušilo. Personál nebyl schopen věc vyřešit, nebyl nám nabídnut náhradní pokoj ani případná kompenzace.

De douche is koud. Ondanks dat we het hebben doorgegeven niet opgelost. We hadden de luxe hotelkamer dus dan hoop je dat dit niet aan de orde is.

Das Hotel ist schon an einigen Stellen im die Jahre gekommen. Paneele am Boden der Bungalowterasse sind gebrochen. Am Pool sind ebenfalls einige Gefahrenquellen die dringend beseitigt werden sollten damit sich niemand verletzt.

Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten.

Frühstück passt für 2-3 Tage, dann ist es zu monoton.

Restaurant hours were limited, restaurant staff were friendly but training-limited, lacking confidence and made the restaurant a little soulless

The only thing was the lack of lighting in the room and round the complex

1) Bed in Room was rockhard so was pillow as you only got one.
2) TV - Sometimes if you have early night etc or cant sleep you put TV on however all the channels are in Thai , for the life of me at least put BbC world news or Al Jazeera news at least , considering 95% of guests are not thai.
3) Hotel Restaurant - Very helpfull cherfull staff but prices were double to some places .

Penser a des boules quies, pas du tout isolées et de nombreux espaces entre les bamboo. Impossible de dormir avec les bruits des animaux (chance pour nous on avait aussi des crapauds juste à côté) mais bon ça , c'est comme ça et si vous avez des voisins irrespectueux. Restant de produit d'entretien au bord de la piscine. Ça me brûlait le temps que je m'en rende compte que j'en avais sur mon bras. Pas dramatique mais faire gaffe. Petit dej pas terrible à mon goût non plus

Lite för dyrt och stort hotell.
Inte så många restauranger i närheten.

Fitnessraum war den Namen nicht wert, Ausblick vom Balkon ging 2m bis zum Dach einer Hütte, Katzen im Frühstücksbereich, Strand direkt vor dem Hotel voll mit Longtailbooten (laut und stinkig)

Verletzungsgefahr am Bambusboden durch
hervorstehende Nägel und Schrauben,
Klimaanlage Aussengerät direkt unter der Hütte
sehr laut in der Nacht,
Pool beim Strand stinkt extrem nach Chlor,
Restaurant (Möbel und Essen)

The hotel is situated by a busy beach area so doesn’t feel as private as you’d expect. Also the hotel allows the public to rent sun loungers at the hotel and bar area so no real priority to residents other than they don’t pay. Not convinced the paying clients were monitored fully either.
