I couldn't find house slippers & kettle.
no opportunity to enjoy the hotel facilities as I was busy attending the Freemasons Conference in the hotel.
F&B offering was horrible as this is not what is expected from a Hilton establishment.
Food spread looked attractive, but the cooking standard is definitely not expected from a Hilton establishment? I called it below standard and this includes your Banquet food preparation standard.

Bra service, fantastiske rom og fasiliteter. Hotellet har en bra lokasjon og en veldig bra frokost. Kommer gjerne tilbake ved neste besøk i Kota Kinabalu.
1) bedre utvalg hvor man kan kjøpe seg en liten matbit, eks yoghurt, Frukt etc. Smoothies var ikke laget av helfrukt, men puree.

The parking system..we stuck on the parking gate basement..calling the staff i think it manage by the Wilson Company..so not friendly kasar becakap..so i think its best when ur can improve soft skill when talking to the customer..
As mentioned before there wasn’t hot water for 3 days, and discussed them a several times. I believe the structure of water system in the building total failed.
The technicians couldn’t fixed, just hot or cold and poor pressure.
No refund or discount, the price as Malaysian standard was higher side.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel atmosphere was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything made for a relaxing experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be to install a bidet in the bathroom. If there was a bidet, the stay would have been perfect. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would be happy to stay again.
The breakfast selection was good and I enjoyed it overall. However, I found the meat dishes, especially the fish and chicken to be a salty or overcooked. The lamb, on the other hand, was excellent and was the best meat dish I had during my week-long stay.
This must be the best, most varied, most extensive breakfast we've ever encountered on our travels. Not only that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We were upgraded to an executive suite, which is not that different from the standard room. The room was spacious, well accomodated and very convenient. It took us a bit before we got the airco under control: set temp and give it time to adjust. the less you change, the better the results.

It is close to Tower Clock (walking distance) and also many sea food restaurant and convenient stores. It is near Jetty too (7min by car).There’s also cover for indoor drop off which is super helpful during rainy days. There’s also cover concierge service is excellent where they allow me to keep my stuff with them even that day I have checked out. The lobby is super cosy and nice to relax with great music background played. Staffs are smiling and approachable!
