員工訓練極差，服務態度極差，甚至客服人員也一樣！
本人向櫃檯員工反應有沙巴工作證，還硬要收旅遊稅，而且還沒給收據！

Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Great location, cleanliness, friendly staff and very welcoming, comfortable room, delecious and varieties of food during breakfast.

Cons:

Window view from my hotel level is not city as mentioned but patio.
