Bel établissement mais qui reste décevant par son accueil notamment

la situation géographique et la piscine

Cons:

la demi pension offerte n etait pas enregistrée à l hotel. Il a fallu montrer la réservation Booking.

La prise en charge de la demi pension a été restrictive pour la somme de 200 ringit pour 2 personnes alors que la reservation Booking ne le précisait pas

La climatisation de l hotel dans la chambre et dans l espace restauration est trop froide

Heerlijk verblijf in Kota Kinabalu, geld meer dan waard!
Pros:

Heel propere aangename kamers met frisse lakens en handdoeken.
Heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet - echt alles wat je wil!
Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel, zeker in het restaurant en de executive lounge.
We hebben echt enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zo weer terug komen!

Eigenlijk helemaal niets.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The property looks spotless, new and modern. Staff are friendly, each of them greeting you when they see you. Rooms are functional. Location is perfect. I like the breakfast spread.

Cons:

The pool is on the small side. And be good to enforce swimming attire for those swimming in the pool.

Would stay in this hotel again. But would avoid the surrounding streets
Pros:

We stayed in the executive suite on the executive floor. Was lovely to receive a bowl of fruits and chocs upon arrival as a welcome. The exec lounge was very well managed and had a variety of options. Close to Imago shopping centre and the Gaya street markets .

Cons:

The streets behind the property - probably due to the heat it wa weather unpleasant walking around that area to get to the local shops. After seeing the fish market, I decided to stay away from seafood for a while. The shop fronts looked ok, but the back areas were quite disgusting and the manner in which people were handling the seafood was 🤮
