Very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room, a large rooftop pool with plenty of sun loungers and a nearby bar/restaurant for refreshments. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of buffet style foods. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay, highly deserves the stars
Pros:

First of all you check in with a Welcome Drink ! The Room was clean and confortable, pool is great, with a table service if needed, sunbdeds are clean and pool towels too, breakfast is amazing and the staff is above expectations ! 5min after check in We cancelled our stay in another 5 stars hotel near the sea with an horrible smell of fish and thankfully we managed to have a room at Hilton and what a great choice ! A big thank you to the staff they are amazing.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The accommodation is great (as you might expect) but its the staff that make this place so good.

We had an executive room and used the lounge everyday where Diana made sure we were well looked after (and fixed a problem with our room in a flash) - Aiden and Thong looked after us with drinks and food cooked to perfection by chef McDonald.

We ate dinner twice in the Rooftop Grill which serves up great international food (thanks chef) and great service to match.

Ben at the bell desk gave us great advice on a trip to Manukan island

Everywhere in KK is easy to get to using Grab
