5 star as always!
Pros:

5 star as always. Clean rooms, good shower, good customer service despite having a reservation issue the front desk solved it flawlessly. Breakfast spread was awesome, after a long time saw hand made roti canai in hotel lol and it was superb!

Nice stay, could do with some higher standards
Pros:

The facilities at the hotel were really good. The room was also very nice and well kept. You had to get a Grab or walk a few minutes to most places but this wasn’t an issue. Some of the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

For the price you pay and considering it’s a Hilton, there’s room to deliver higher standards; for example, the room key stopped working multiple times, there wasn’t anyone to help with bags on arrival and room service was poor (forgotten items in the order and expensive for what you finally receive).

In general, it was a nice experience for us as a family
Pros:

The breakfast menu offers a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive, they guided us through the menu and provided excellent service throughout our dinner.

Cons:

The location is convenient as it is close to the main road, but this also means it can be quite noisy, with the sound of vehicles continuing until late at night.

Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke along the walkway on level 11, where our room was located. This made the environment quite unpleasant, especially since we were traveling with a 3-year-old child.

房務整理較慢 , 有一天下午17:00後回到飯店 , 房間正在整理~

地理位置很好，周边很多餐厅，距离各个商场与景点都不远，打车也很方便，房间的床很舒适，酒店毛巾等比较干净，更换很及时，卫生环境不错，早餐品类丰盛，但每天变化不多

Cons:

客房服务很不细致，第一天入住房间缺少纸巾，多次打电话要求送来，等待时间很长，第二天护发素不足也不更换。床品更新不及时，即便放置更换床品牌子也没有及时更换，也没有按照说明的三天一更换，因为每次都比较晚回来，也没有再继续坚持等待更换床品。
早餐餐厅的员工工作很差，从入门登记开始就很混乱，插队的事情频发也不管理。服务员引领入座以后基本就再也找不到机会沟通了，甚至有一次需要宝宝椅也完全忘记，想再次要宝宝椅就根本找不到人沟通，终于在过了15分钟以后找到服务员，但是居然推脱说交给同事拿宝宝椅，完全没有歉意。
整间酒店的管理都很差，但是员工的态度都非常好，沟通时表现的很积极，但是与酒店客房、前台沟通以后，表示知道了，抱歉，没有了，仍然继续混乱。我们入住的时候还不是旺季，不知道如果是旺季会是什么情况。

Very good central hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The location is great just a short distance from good seafood restaurants and a Grab ride from anything else.
Our room was upgraded to an Executive room which was perfect. Really good air conditioning, loads of space and an enormous bathroom with an excellent shower.
The breakfast buffet was good and well organised.
I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We had stayed here a few days previously and had encountered some issues. On this occasion everything was so much better.
No complaints at all.
