Overall, the stay was pretty good. The staff were so nice and welcoming.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the staff were nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the pillows they were not comfortable they were a little flat. I wish there were more breakfast options especially more meat.

It was fine for a couple days stay. Staff weren't overly friendly, just doing their job and going thru the motions

The location was great.

Cons:

The towels were old. One even had a blood stain.
Bad smell in the room & hallways certain times of day. It was like sewer smell.
Bedding didn't smell fresh at all
Breakfast was decent nothing special

Great overall stay. Everything seemed fresh and new.
Pros:

Seemed very new. Still had new carpet smell. Size of room was fabulous

Cons:

Tv channels were lacking. We had looked forward to getting there to watch the olympics and no NBC.

Overall, this hotel satisfied my needs for a hotel.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was very good. I noticed that the hostess was on top of everything and was very friendly. I noticed that when someone left, she immediately wiped the table off. She did a great job. Also, I liked the availability of plugs in my room.

Cons:

The bed was ok but not as comfortable as some hotels I have been in. The pillows on the bed were also not as comfortable as some hotels I have stayed at.

Pros:

I loved everything about staying here! The front desk staff was the nicest ive ever encountered. The hotel itself was super clean and smelled nice. The breakfast options were good. Check out time was noon which is really nice for those not wanting to wake up early on vacation. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy and all of it close. I just thouroughly enjoyed staying here with my son

The pillows are small & flimsy like one’s throw pillows for a sofa.

The bed was thin & on wheels that could skid across the laminate floor

Only 3 of the 4 wheels of the bed touched the floor like a restaurant table that you put coasters under to keep from wobbling

There was an ice bucket, but no cups in the room

The ice machine on our floor was broken

The room was very small, approx 14 x17. For $300 per night, I expected more as I’ve stayed in many nice Hampton Inn’s over the last 20+ years.

We stayed 2 nights & our room was not cleaned. We received no fresh towels the second day until I asked for them at the front desk because we apparently had to request towels and a cleaning the night before.

When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned and why I didn’t have fresh towels, the front desk pointed me to a sign located off to the side that said:

ATTENTION

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE NEEDS TO BE REQUESTED THE NIGHT PRIOR

I told the front desk that when I checked in, it would’ve been nice to tell me that instead of hiding the sign off to the side & that I expected more for $300/night.

The buffet was OK except that at 8 AM each morning, the coffee was no better than lukewarm, as were the eggs and sausage the first day.

The second day, the eggs and biscuits & gravy were warm, but the coffee still was not hot.

I’ll be calling their corporate office & registering a complaint

I will NEVER stay at this Hampton again.
