Pros:

Excellent location, close to food, ski rental and public transport. Large, warm, clean rooms. Great breakfast and recreation room. Free van transport to ski slopes.

Pros:

Owner was very friendly as was all staff, great location and comfy room. Shuttle to the snow every morning and was able to pick us up and drop us off at Hakuba station with no issues.

Pros:

Location was great. Right in town and near the skiing. Breakfast was delis and prepared for each person. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help.

Great place to stay for a snow trip with a young family
Pros:

Room was nice with a new bathroom. Heaters in the room worked amazing. Breakfast provided was consistently good and had everything you needed. The staff were amazing and were super accommodating when we asked for anything for our children. Good location with lots of food options and rental gear close by. We will be back next year!

Cons:

Snow Shuttles were limited to only 2 of the local mountains in the morrning but that may only be because we visited late in the season.

Retro digs with super helpful staff in a great location!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond. Daily breakfast was consistently great!

Pros:

Well located in the Main Street in Echoland, spoilt for dining choices. Hôtel provides delicious breakfast to start the day before heading up the mountain. Beds are super comfy. Staff were the highlight - absolute legends.

The staff were incredible. Helpful, friendly and so accommodation. Great location in echoland for buses and restaurants

Cons:

The property is slightly dated but really doesn’t matter. Only comments would be to open breakfast half an hour earlier, as most buses leave from various locations in the village before 730 and it makes for a very rushed morning when breakfast only opens at 7 and most food served 7:15.

The location was perfect for our stay with many restaurants and cafés close by. The breakfast included was great, we particularly enjoyed the French Toast. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and serviced each day.

The daily shuttles to two ski resorts were very helpful. We also received pick up and drop off from the Train Station which made our travels smoother.

Cons:

The property and rooms were dated. We enjoyed the upgraded bathroom.

Choose this if you want larger rooms but older hotel.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Since I was there during off peak there was no breakfast and no shuttle bus, but hotel staff did drive us everywhere including supermarkets.

Cons:

It is expensive- for the same price I paid I could get much newer hotels in Hakuba.
