Bilder des hotel von gute 30 jahre gemacht worden.. alles marode geht alles auseinander..keine 4 sterne hotel .. die haben nicht mal 1 stern verdient. Unfreundliche Personal erst als ich Bett wanzen endeckt habe dann plötzlich waren alle lieb und neue zimmer bekommen habe trotzdem dursch eine nacht würden wir bereits gefressen vo die kleine Tiere.. hat gestunken alte gelbe bettwasche alte gelbe Handtücher echt ekelhaft.. kurze essen zeiten abend essen nur bis 19.45 also nirgends wo gesehen .. von all inclusive keine spür .. nie wieder so ein schlechte hotel ich rate ab!

Pros:

Underbart att poolen var öppen trots att vi hade blivit informerade om att den skulle vara stängd. Smidigt byte av rum när vi bestämde oss för att stanna längre. Synd att det inte fanns någon filmkanal.

Vägglöss, sanering pågick, blev flyttad till annat hotell med lägre standard. Undermålig frukost, kackerlackor på rummet, byte av rum 3 gånger.

It must have been the worst so called all inclusive hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Thank good we only stayed there 1 day. It is supposed to be ranked as a 4 hhhh hotel but was more likely a 2 hh. The food was buffet under specific hours and the so called coffe-break “buffet” was terrible, a few crackers and a biscuit. Dinner was ok, even though the guests seem to think the hotel would run out of food carriyint over filled plates and ate like there was no tomorrow. Disgusting. The beverage section was all artificial juices that tasted like radioactive and coffe from a machine. They should really look into this All inclusive part and start all over. The room was very bad with faded paint broken roof in bathroom and 1 single power socket. The AC was a total joke. We set it for 17 degrees and it barely cooled the room at all. It might have been like 25 in the room after 2 hours. Elevator is a disaster and barely fits 2 persons.

The hotel is already outdated, but the location is great. Close to the Cleopatra Beach and everything in walking distance. The food at the hotel was nice. I could stay again though.

So, the room was fine. All staff extremely helpful, and the food very nice! Extremely clean too.

The problem was there was extensive building work going on inside the hotel area, and the wether wasn't good, so we couldn't tolerate the noise which went on near the lobby all day long, except mral times.

I had annef on staying more days as the location and food are great, but checked out because of the noise.

The poor reception manager, had to endure right next to it!

Een Hotel bevind zich op een goede lokatie..
Veel te doen op wandel afstand ..
Een klein opmerking ? Hotel is oud een renovatie is zeker een noodzaak ,heeft maar Één lift , je moet even geduld hebben

Pros:

Als ich ins Zimmer rein ging, lag der Toilettendeckel auf dem Waschbecken.
Nächsten Tag lag es immer noch da, die Putzleute haben nur Handtücher gewechselt sonst nicht.
Frühstück war katastrophal.
