Were do we start
Bullet hole in the windowon are second night
Sink hanging of wall and leaking
No snack bar
No cocktails
Chips only served after 6
No ice
Ate out permantly as people had food poison in hotel
When arrived couldnt get a drink as it was 1 minute after 10pm after travelling all day
On arrival they asked for full payment as it hadnt been paid

Kış döneminde ücretine göre güzel otel .
Pros:

Konumu güzel ama plaja 200 metre bu dezavantaj, karşılama ve iletişim resepsiyonla çok iyi ve ilgili, yemekler fena değil ücret karşılığı iyi , sizi otelde rahatsız eden yok sakin ve sessiz bir ortam . Ben kış döneminde tek kişi gittim ücrete göre yeterli bence.

Cons:

Öncelikle odalardaki yataklar tek kişilik rahat yatmak isterseniz birleştirme gerekir. Oda büyüklüğü tek kişi için çok iyi ama iki kişi için biraz küçük . Televizyon var ama çok sınırlı kanallar ve tv ler çok küçük , havuz ve alanı yaz döneminde yetmeyecek kadar küçük . Yemek salonu hemen girişte tüm odalar aynı anda yemekte olursa yer bulup oturmak sıkıntı keşke yemek salonunu 1 katta tüm katı kaplayacak şekilde yapsalar, kahve ve çay ikrami var ama makinede hazır kahve tadı yok , keşke alt yemek Salonu yerine yemek sonrası insanların rahat koltuklarda oturup sohbet edebileceği birşeyler içebileceği büyük bir alan yapılsa daha iyi olur.

Pros:

It was close to the beach and Charlie on the beach front was great funny and accommodating

Cons:

Young receptionist was rude to the point of arrogance from the first moment we walked in to the last, clearly bot suited or doesn't want to be working in t he roll.

My bathroom door was rotting from water damage. Air con unit older than me was held on my zip ties and was an additional €5 per day which was not stated on my booking.

My balcony door didn't shut on either side and was missing handle outside even the maid couldn't shut it. I was opposite a Kareoke bar which went on to late every night plus a busy main road so every night was struggle to sleep.

The hotel is not 4* it's maybe 3* at best

Понравился персонал, расположение, номер.

Cons:

Питание плохое. Иогда просто было удивительно, как из хороших продуктов можно приготовить такую плохую еду.
Интернет в номере был редко, иногда даже на рецепции плохо работал.

Pros:

Замечательный персонал отеля. Сотрудники доброжелательные и работящие. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера на ресепшине Реджепа. Всегда приветливый, внимательный и готовый оперативно помочь в решении вопросов, если таковые у посетителей возникают. Ему особый респект.

Cons:

Номера отеля очень нуждаются в ремонте. Желательно увеличить в номере количество розеток и заменить старые кондиционеры.

Отличное месторасположение.

Cons:

Номера старые, раздолбанные двери. Мои родители отравились после ужина. Разговаривала с другими гостями, у некоторых тоже было отравление у кого-то рвота, у других расстройство стула. Мы с сыном и супругом пропустили ужин тк уходили гулять и нас это не коснулось.
