Pros:

Excelent services the staff tried everything to help you! That was great! Me and my family had great team! We travel from mexico.
The shuttle takes you everywhere. My son loved the dards! There is service food somedays, may be one more day of food service would be good!!

Very welcoming place. Staff do everything they can to help you. About 10 minutes walk from sakka lifts at Happo and hotel runs shuttle services to and from the slopes each day either direct to Happo, goryu or bus terminal and then bus take you onwards to the many other Hakuba slopes. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Onsen on site is great. One of the best places I've stayed.

Pros:

とても清潔で、温泉も内風呂、露天風呂と充実していた。こちらはなんの不都合もなかったが、滞在中見かけたスタッフさんが二人しかおらず、その人数でよく回せるなと感心するとともに心配になった。ホテルはとても清潔で気持ちよく利用できた。
